NON-MFC: Rd 16 2023
Just wanted to hike back to the Cameron incident. I have thought a bit about friendly fire, and how often it occurs. Then i thought about intent. When i combined the two in this particular in stance i have hard a lot of trouble, the end justifying the means. To me if i was Cameron's family i would not be pleased at all, in view of that head high interaction at speed having happened. There looked to be only two outcomes. Cameron was going to be hit or missed, or our player was going to be hit in the same part of the body as Cameron was. The judgement therefore was way out as to what occurred and so was the intent. On the AFL /Cats side i think this almost deserves a penalty because Cameron could have been put out for the rest of the season by a "friendly fire F U".

News Happy and Sad
Talk about shooting from the hip from Mark. Was not phased one bit, knew what he wanted to say, and said it. Matt, tough yet gentle for a big player, Could hook the ball back from an angle and took a good pack mark. And must have been a very good judge of recruits.

Five most improved players
Kozzy is universally picked on by Umpires. If he gets two in first qtr or half they tighten up on him no end. He endures non free kicks paid like no other player we have ever had. He still goes about his job. And by the way how many times this year have we hit the front in games and for one reason only, a mercurial Free Kick is paid and they are back in it... it does make me sick, and it should make all fair umpires sick as well.

GAMEDAY: Rd 15 vs Geelong
Will be looking for some different patterns tonight. And the inevitable rule of the week. My prediction on that would be we win the [censored]'s by ten including pushing/touching the back area, touching the ball whilst in front position means an instant mark and pushing in danger, a new rule , but should be there ASAP. I will accept 5/1
