Obst was drafted in 1987 but came to Melbourne in 1990. Tingay was drafted in the 1987 draft but first played in 1989.

Burton was traded for Wingard & so far that's about even & Frost who is playing regularly for a 2nd rounder is a good deal. So those 4 trades are a win for Hawthorn I reckon.

Its certainly a sad story & well done to him for going into rehab & changing things. I feel however that the journalist has deliberately written it up to paint St Kilda as the evil bad guys. The place to go is the Eastlake Footy Club abt 200m from the ground. They will b happy to sign you in. Its where the Club has hosted pre match functions previously but with Covid & Easter nothing planned this year.

Maybe they could get Whispering Jack to do their match report. It would be a major improvement on what they are currently providing.

Jesus - Brendan who wrote this needs a lesson from George On The Outer on how to do a match report. The first half is cliche filled rubbish that coaches talk about in post match conferences and promoting Mark Corrigans game plan. All supporters want to know is who played well and how the AFL listed players went plus the goal kickers. Come on guys you can do better.
