Kirk Fletcher and Josh Smith are another couple worth a listen if you haven't already 'Earl'. Jack Pearson in almost any genre...plays great blues, did a short stint with the Allman's until Dicky Betts killed his ears...The Nashville guys revere him.

Billy was a legend, no doubt about that...one of the first live show I went to was Billy at the Box Hill Town Hall. The first band I remember seeing in concert was Carson supporting John Mayall at Festival Hall...the other support was Company Caine. Broderick left a huge impression on me and to this day he's probably my favourite singer in 'Oz

I reckon he was pretty good in his first season... He needed to steady and convert a bit better but will learn that. ...and he brought the forward pressure that we sadly needed. For a kid that doesn't have a tank he sure worked hard up and back, he wasn't afraid to work. Couldn't ask for much more.

I'm inclined to make a change on the board. This comes from not knowing any of the current board or the new candidate. I think like he did with the team & coach last season, it's time for Bartlett to get a kick up the a... Now you will not find a more thorough case than that anywhere.

It's more likely the club realised the lack of experience in the FD. ...and remember, we were after Yze last year when there were no recent events. So he came on board as his contract ended with the Hawks. Williams for mine replaces Macca albeit a year too late as an experienced developer and mentor of players.

Are they saying that the 3rd coach has split because of another relationship/s? There are other reasons marriages split and sometimes it's not even the male of the partnership caught with their pants down.

Neither Lockett or Dustall would have taken 6 pack marks in a game. Of the current tall forwards Dixon, Hawkins or Lynch might take one, 2 on a good day...Cameron rarely takes a pack mark. A lot of the problem is how we move the ball in, the expectation of the pack mark is higher because we bomb the ball.

I think we do 'bing'...the list is pretty strong now. Surely we give top 4 a shake this season & from there anything is possible.

When I first read the title I wondered what Gil and his AFL mates had done now???? It was a great kick and wonderful part of the game but when you look at some of the old replays and see some of it's great exponents grubbing the ball, you can understand why coaches banned it.

Hardwick was a terrible match day coach, now he' seen as the 2nd coming of Clarkson... I think it's going to be more about Goody's intent to listen...if he listens, his match day coaching will improve as of course will we. If he's stubborn, then he's done. I have no idea what Goody is like and how he handles his role apart from seeing the results shown in game & on the scoreboard... I do know he has the strongest, most experienced team working with him in the FD now so there should be no excuses.

To be fair I think the pressure is there from the board and management. There is no doubt though that the hyenas in the media will jump all over it at any chance they get.

The whole ruck argument is a crock posited by commentators supporters who are bandwagon jumpers. The ruck position is easy to have pot shots at...the midfield is a moving feast and a bit harder to get a bead on. The Tigers ruck is underrated as have the team been in the past. The Cats would jump at Gawn, and do you really think GWS would take Pruess over Gawn?
