He had lost all form down back and was played forward as a last resort. It worked for a year or so and now he has lost all form forward. I don't think moving him back is the answer.

That will probably be the case unless Smith has a big year... We still need to have depth players who can fill a role and with Oscar moving on and a few others then Smith is obviously being kept as a hold for next year.

Culture is a myth in this case... Just take a look at their Premiership coach (not Scott the other one) to understand that. Drugs are rife in all AFL clubs 'bobby', that one got out of the bag a long time ago and isn't going back any time soon.

No club in the competition are cleanskins 'bobby'... If any club had a no illicit drug policy & really went hard to enforce it they wouldn't be able to field a team.

Agree 'George', the time is now. Simply making finals in 2021 is not enough. Given a fit list the bar needs to be a GF. That means we have to be aggressive and on the mark this trade period....
