Please don't tell me he said that. That's the same approach he took at the start and why he never had the players buy in. There has always been a lot of 'they' statements. I picked that up very early on ( not alone in picking it mind you) and never liked it. If the boys win its 'we'. Lose and it's 'they'. I have waxed and waned regarding this bloke but I think his ego is ahead of his capacity to do the job. One of those blokes who probably interviews well.
