I've played a lot of Cricket and I found that "overthinking" a game is just as detrimental to performance as over relaxing ,probably worse .What I saw of the TFS lead me to think Jack is relaxed and happy with his prepartion .Football really isn't that complex.If there is a curse I'm not aware of ,please provide examples .Having said that ,I hate the show and dont want him on it every week .The main reason for this is that there are power games going on between Norfs' pres ,Gary ,and other players etc and that they are tools .Marngrook is my preferred footy show .

That may be true but I have a personal story about Garry buying a building in Burwood and doubling the rent on a Music studio which forced them out immediately .He is still a legend to me but I'm sure he is capable of being a C..T All great men have a certain duality .It comes with the territory. Quite right Sloonie . Him and his gangster mates need help .I'm very aware of addiction and it's effects on the brain and body . I realise it's a physical addiction and not just a choice .Given that he has probably had more help and more sympathy than any other addict in the country I say he is a fool and a time waster. Given that he has lived of a rock star since he was 17 and had tremendous support from people all over the country then I say he just continues to sh!T on those who have tried helping him . Having had a kid recently makes it worse .I dont have sympathy for addicts at all -it's the last thing they need .If he was intending to deal I sincerely hope he does time and does it tough .You cant just keep giving an addict a blanket and a hug. He needs NA pure and simple . As for forum heroics ,I'll leave it to you .

Yes Nasher , I was agreeing with you .Presumption of innocence is one of the primary tenets of the legal system .When his wrist and form are right ,he will be picked .As he should be .

How can you just go and presume innocence like that before he has been to court?

I don't like to bag the club administrative side too much because their work has been good since Jim took over . I agree that we need some new ideas ,like targeting immigrant populations as future fans . Finding Demons merchandise is difficult at best -whether this is a deliberate strategy by the club to avoid paying the AFL too big a cut or not I dont know . The strategy to increase our fan base seems to be to achieve on field success-which is good . Winning games and selling merch would be the best thing we can do short term . Long term ,the Chinese experiment should be pursued .As with the Irish who are flooding the country right now .
