Early call, come back to me around round 5. Over analyzing a training drill with bells and whistles

I think we have viruses.. I get the mysteriously slow dssapearing "posted images" too Posted ImagePosted Image Cheers.

I don't think he has it in him, there's a little too much squib in the man.

Trengove, Viney, Gysberts, Grimes*. It's only a matter of time before Grimes goes to the guts. We can't be so greedy as to waste that talent down back. Grimes' vacant post can possibly be filled by a Tapscott/Straus- either way we have options to fill a defensive spot, we are dearth of optoins in midfield class. Another observation- with these new tough recruits the pressure is on the likes of Bennell et all players who don't go when it's their turn, chase the easy ball or are too [censored] to leave their man to contest a ball. I can't see Neeld being too tolerant of non commitment.

Must be said that we did appear very rusty last night, many times we went for the same mark and got in each others way. I'd expect this to improve with more game time

Hard to take too much from last nights games, I feel we won't be physically smashed as much anymore with the inclusion of Magner, Clark and Sellar- all add some toughness and strength even if they may not all be in the same team. Highlights for me were Magna, Tynan, Clark, Bate and Davey. Excited about Magna and Tynan because they both have a bit of Xfactor about them. Clark looked at home already playing forward, and may prove to be our most important signing in recent memory. Bate shown he can be serviceable in a midfield role and we may get some really good input out of him this year and Davey almost seemed to turn back the clock and produced some silky plays. Was quite exciting We will still struggle with the good teams this year, but I feel an improvement on last year is going to happen! Bring on some normal matches none of this bank cup crap!

Never really been a fan of starting freshies on the bench. I'd have Davey in this team just to get a gauge on his attitude.

You're paranoid because your worrying about things that haven't even happened yet. Barring players on Grand Final eve etc, intimating that Neeld hired assistants to suite his need for a "boys club"- your post came across as paranoid driven, bordering on offensive. Bex, lie down, perhaps a vodka.

I would like to know what was wrong with my post that suggested BP left us high and dry?

Nothing pisses me off more than a player injuring themselves at home! Be more careful Sticks McGee! Is it just me or does Cale remind anyone of Mr Glass, from Unbreakable?

Funny, because it sounds like your the one hiding under the stairs with the tin foil hat on- could you be any more paranoid? If you truly want to discipline a player you take games away from them. Nothing else will do. They are not going to learn their lesson by flogging them on the track. You either go about this discipline thing properly or you don't bother. And Blease is a player in his third year- a young pup- they need discipline instilled in them. If his tardiness goes unpunished what lesson does he learn, and if he learns this lesson now we won't have to worry about his indiscretions come grand final eve. Lol

Lol, what a post! Somebody get this guy a Bex- I think he needs a lie down!
-
I would have thought why the hell did we trade away a potential Brownlow medalist after just 31 games! I understand your point but the hyperthetical is inconceivable.
-
I wouldn't have traded $ully.

Alright then- one compo pick and Jetta. Jetta should get the deal over the line. How could offering a deal which will get rejected be the logical way to go? Learn from Freo's mistake- play around and miss out. There are no gaurantees to come out of a supposed "super draft" the chances of getting two fantastic players are slim- as history proves. You move on the two picks gained for one player for another of equal or greater stature. Gaff will be good, I'll settle for Gaff.
-
Confused- how can pick 1 still be called pick 1 if it's not the first pick? The priority is in essence pick 1 and pick 1 is the second pick. Trengove is my number 1
-
Pick 1 I would have thought (the clue is in the name)
-
? Our 2009 priority pick is a co-captain.
-
No, I laugh at them because they miss out on the luxuries we were afforded- the priority picks.
-
Relevance?
-
Lol.. drinks sometime?
-
I laugh at Port.

One compo pick and who? They would have to be someone of note, why do people think picks and discards are appealing to anyone? And why are people so greedy with these compo picks? We got two for $ully- trading two for a "very, very good player" seems par for the course. Where is your logic?
