Wow, this place is actually starting to get me down, and I'm usually a happy chappy! Everyone passed on Darling, and our recruits have barely even had the chance to prove themselves to be duds with all the injury luck we've been having. What is the combined total number of games from all of our recruits over the last 3 years? It would be lucky to be 50 I reckon. Still love coming to Demonland though. I am a masochist lol.

I guess that is why Neeld has said he supports Davey off field. So it eliminates any conflicts that may arise when Davey does get dropped. And like many have said, if Neeld has any integrity or is serious about us having a crack then plodders like Davey shouldn't be playing. Will become even more disillusioned if Davey gets a gig this weekend.

I can see them kicking at least 4 more goals than us a quarter- so 96 point win to WC being the line.

Lol it really is just one thing after another now. This season has exhausted me, and it's only the beginnning of round 2! We have this and a shellacking at Subi to deal with in the ensuing days. I was a wise girl to hitch my wagon to this star lol -

Davey should be dropped because he is past it. Endeavor, sadly has nothing to do with it anymore. He has lost his weapon of pace and without it he has nothing. He doesn't get his own ball so he is now a slow outsider. Sad but true. Also I believe his sooky demeanor is a detriment to those around him. This is why he shouldn't play again. It has nothing to do with effort. -

Lol I saw the suggestion in another thread by another poster. Just quietly I think he'll be rubish over-head -
I argue they still do have a soft spot for us. Rarely do I hear another club supporter say they hate us. And I'm willing to bet that is because they don't respect us. We are the easy beats- the push-overs, the non-threats. All the media attention (and I'll admit we are in the paper just about every day) is well deserved. We have been the best part of a rabble for years. A FOJ sponsor would get great coverage out of us.. just like how sponsors jump for joy when their formula 1 car hits a wall- if it doesn't come first they still get air time. Yipee

But relax- it's only one bad game.. he will be at Casey next week, redeem himself- have a great one against the Tiges then stink it up against the Doggies again. Or if not the Doggies someone else. What is wrong with this guys head? I'm not singling him out as we have many mentally weak players, but this is a Moloney thread.

The private message you sent me begs to differ.

We are going to get smashed anyway so let's actually try Stephen Hawking at CHF. -
The guy reminds me of Mark Latham for some reason

Taggert. What a mad pick up that was.

I sleep quite well knowing that GWS paid overs for a guy with a dicky knee and he now has to spend 6 years of his life in that dump. And I'm sorry but I find it hard to believe you can judge a player unless you know him intimately. You keep making suppositions from your arm chair and I'll keep supporting him as long as he keeps showing up to play.

My opinion of Scully is that he is a cold hearted liar with no morals and no personality and he took my club for a ride. I think you'll find that opinion is not subjective. My opinion of Col is that he is a talented twit. And no one here can really comment on Colin's agendas as it all is just speculation isn't it? So trying to make assumptions based on brief encounters is unfair.

This place would be nothing without you, please don't ever change!
-
My only real concern is that they play next week for Casey, perform in the VFL, earn a call up and get an "easier" game against the Tigers. Maybe we'll just go for WYL's suggestion of 4 weeks at Casey then shall we?
-
His assessment was based in speculation from a couple of brief encounters at a Perth function, and I am not blinded by "man-love" for our players either. Yeah Col has done some very stupid things, and he is an inconsistent player- but questioning his ambition is unfair, and comparing him to Judas is just plain scurrilous!

I've only heard of the 3 stooges. Sorry I don't really watch anything that was around in the 60's

I'm willing to give them one more chance, I'm willing to put the round 1 effort down to... hell- whatever. A pass. My main reason to not drop them next week is to see how they right their wrongs against one of the competitions best- where there will be nowhere to hide. I want to see a bright spot light shining on them. I want to see if it was just a mental hangover from the dire leadup. I want to see if Green really is as disgusted with his performances as he said he was on whatever tv program he was on and I want to see them fight for our club and take some responsibility. I don't want to see our kids thrown to the wolves, I want to see our seniors (barr Davey) stand up and I want to see it now. A repeat of round 1 perfomance and they can spend the rest of the year at Casey for all I care and never get the privelidge of stepping foot on the G, or another ground for that matter in our beloved dees jumper!

Ladies and Gentlemen, we have found the long lost forth stooge. You are a [censored]. We'll leave it at that.
