A man who played with an absolutely stuffed back and threw himself into the fray risking permanent damage doing the 1%ers that won us games. TOTALLY AGREE! The only joke I saw today was the team's performance.

I was there in 1979 when Fitzroy beat us by 190 points and I saw more fight from the team than I did today. Today's performance is the worst I've seen in 55 years of watching this once great club. They are not a TEAM. When Dunn and Chapman went at it, most of the Geelong team r4an in to support their teammate - not one Melbourne player ran in to support theirs. His mustache isn't that bad, is it? Something is rotten at the MFC!

Dunn should be the defensive forward on Scarlett. Nicho and Strauss should play. Garland is horribly out of form - is he 90+% fit? Out - Bennell Garland Maric Bate In - MacDonald McDonald Scully Evans

As for TS being 'selfish' - all great sportsfolk are. When playing, he does all the team things - tackling, 1%ers etc. He doesn't play selfish football - and that's what counts. As for staying or going - que sera sera. The MFC wins either way.

What I like about him is that when dropped he takes it in his stride and gives his all at Casey. No dropping the head or laziness - he just gives all he's got. Which unfortunately is sometimes not enough at AFL level. Good luck to him on Sunday!

Get a grip people. This scenario is played out at every club every year. That's why we have list managers. It's obviously a slow news week. Player agents like to play negotiations out in the media - that's why they leak stuff, and slow news weeks are like manna from heaven to therm.

Therefore News Linited is where he belongs! Both, as far as I'm concerned, should be barred by the club for interviews, stories etc. The Hun has other journos. At least Robbo was honest enough to say he was confused and had nothing but an opinion - which are like ar*eholes. Time for the club to take action about this. The fact that last night was our 4th game since the QB(18 days) was also a telling factor on the young bodies. IMO even older sides would have struggled with that kind of scheduling.

What continues to upset me is that once the team gets into the hole, it falls further into it as the game goes on. We have yet to have an 'honourable' loss this year. Bailey(and I,too, like his persona) has this 'it is what it is' attitude that creates unacceptable blowout losses. He is unable to stop the rot and the rout. But he can have the job of media liaison officer. He should, however, be allowed to see out his contract. But get rid of Brian Royal NOW!
