I hate FTA footy actually, because there is so little analysis, they generally cut straight to the news and in most cases games are delayed significantly. If given the choice, I would selfishly want all of our interstate games to be live on Foxtel, but from a club perspective FTA exposure is so much more important. I just hope that our away games this year are televised live. I think the night games (round 6 and round 17) will be, but I worry about the game against Gold Coast on Sunday and the floating round 24 game which may well end up on pay TV.

Valid criticism of players is always acceptable if it is related to their football and done in a nice manner. But nobody here has a right to personally insult players, be it current or past. You don't know the players personally, so don't comment on their personality, especially when it has no baring on their football ability. Robbo was a great player for us, who gave his absolute best for the team and the club. What he does now, is none of our business and I find it pretty distasteful that anonymous people behind a screen are passing judgment.

Just canceled our Foxtel subscription for next year. Don't need it when all of our interstate games are on FTA and I go to all Victorian based matches.

Come on, very few nice things have been said about Robbo on this site since retirement, and even during the twilight of his career. He has done absolutely nothing wrong to anyone on here, or to the club, so it surprises me to see the negative reactions, even if they aren't in the majority.

For some reason though whenever Robbo is mentioned around here, you always have a few clowns who feels the need to stick the boot in, or complain about him. Say what you like, but he was an important part of our club for over a decade and always gave his very best to the team. He never did anything but represent our club with pride. I don't see why people now have to make throwaway nasty comments about him. It's as pointless and pathetic as idiots who abuse Brock McLean over Twitter. FFS!

Absolutely. If given a choice, I'm sure the club would rather have a draw that helps us get into the finals, than a draw that will net us a bigger profit but gives us a small chance of making finals. Sustained success is what will bring us the biggest long term financial windfall. I'm VERY happy with this draw, with the exception of having to travel in Round 24, and also having to play a home game at that craphole Etihad.

A sad end to the career of someone who could have been a superstar. His final against Adelaide was the best individual game I've ever witnessed live.

Watching Frawley beat Brown (my favourite AFL player) was like the greatest footy porn ever... except what I imagine winning a flag would be!

Ha. Man this place used to get so many LOLs out of me. I've become jaded (oh yeah, I went there) and bitter at my old age. What used to make me laugh once, now makes me want to bang my head against a wall/ murder everyone.

I'm pretty sure that one day Liam Jurrah is going to say "I'm going to kick 20 today, and there is absolutely nothing you can do to stop me". Hopefully this occurs on Grand Final day, as we smash Carlton by 20 goals and I can proceed to die happy!
