You know you've reached rock bottom when your delusional coach is happy to lose by 5 goal to a bottom team with heaps of injuries. I don't even know anymore what to say. Each week he surprises me again with his complete lunacy pre, during and post match.

Seriously. We are just woeful. Absolutely woeful. It's embarrassing. Whoever organized our midfield should be shot. Seriously it's not even VFL standard. Forget being poor, we are always on the wrong side. Mark Neeld has to be accountable for bringing in absolute spuds like Pederson and Rodan and getting rid of players like Moloney without replacing their role in the team. It's irresponsible.

Lucky they can't kick or it would be close to game over at half time. Again. Seriously rubbish defensive efforts. We are attacking well (despite many empty forward lines at times) but we are nowhere near our opponents when Brisbane are attacking. Garland has been superb. I'm sure his bashers won't agree. Now can we man Moloney up? Jamar is still rucking to him.

No, it shows that Ablett is one of the greatest players to ever play the game. Yes our midfield is rubbish but Ablett is gold covered in diamonds. He IS an A grade midfield all on his own. PS- karma is a [censored] Scully you gutless [censored].

I don't even... what... just no. Terrible call. Mitch Clark being out is never not a bad thing. Mitch Clark being out reduced the quality of our team by roughly 50%-60% Brisbane by 40+ Call me an optimist. -
Terrible news for Rich and the Lions. Hate saying "great news" when someone gets injured, no matter how much it may help our cause. Just remember, we are one Nathan Jones injury away from shutting up shop.

When he chooses to play well, he is one of the most gifted in the AFL. His issue is his head, not his talent or his skills. We expect too little from him and that's how he comfortably cruises by.

He doesn't go hard enough which is not good enough. It has nothing to do with confidence either, which he is horribly lacking. It doesn't take self belief to bend down and lay a tackle.

Nothing changes. Come the end of the year, he needs to be replaced. Maybe sooner if we put in anymore Essendon-esqe performances. We are not a seriously competitive team and we should be after so many years of bottoming out.

It was a great quarter but its one quarter against a terrible team. It highlights what we can do when we play a decent structure, go man on man, and back ourselves to kick the ball and attack. It also highlights that we aren't performing to the best of our ability each week and that is a massive worry.

I don't care, it's better than seeing some of our players not so much as bend down to lay a tackle. Jetta goes hard and refuses to lose a contest. If that means he get suspended sometimes, than so be it. Next time, go for that gutless [censored] Scully.
