  1. Well said and I second that.
  2. Its not the only solution but it would go along way to solving the problem.
  3. You are missing the point,
  4. I laughed so hard I nearly [censored] my pants when I read this.
  5. Get em all in for next week game against the Dons
  6. If nothing else you made me laugh.
  7. History says it all and dont call yourself an idiot.
  8. And your solution is ..............................................................
  9. Would be nice for once if they exceeded our expectations which may happen when the change of coach occurs. Cant come soon enough cause next week we will be able to cut and paste all of our comments from this game as we all will be saying the same stuff again.
  10. Typicall Bailey all talk and no action. A change is brewin.
  11. Very well said no need for that type of language.
  12. Yeah Hutchinson and Riley were real hard nuts on the field. Great defence.
  13. Last night reminded me so much of season 2008 & 2009. We should be improving or at least showing signs of improvement. We've got a game plan (I think) that isnt working and even Tom Harley has said we are the only side in the AFL that play this way, we've got a coach that no one knows if he can coach after nearly 4 years at the helm and we've got players who still manage to miss kick or kick the footy out of bounds on a regular basis. These skills are the most basic skills in the AFL yet will still cant manage it. All of us here love the Dees but we have the same conversations every week about how pathetic we are. The thing that really pisses me off apart from the above is that I am sick to death of having to watch this sh^t every week and hear the same excuses from the coaches. If there is a game plan and the players are not following it or listening to the coach that tells me its time for DB to move on. Its time for the MFC to make a stand. Show some BALLs and get rid of the coach and stick Viney in there as an interim measure while looking for a new head coach for next season. Viney at least will bring passion, hardness and accountablility back to the side. Its the way he played his entiire career. He is a fav son and very well respected at the club. Something needs to happen you can not put in those performances and expect supporters to BLINDLY follow without question. If we leave DB in charge for the rest of the season his game plan may do more harm than good.
  14. No I did read it properly what i was hoping for was the the MFC would appoint Viney until the end of the season while looking for a new head coach. It wouldnt be any worse than whats happening now and at least Viney would bring the passion and hardness back.
  15. Sh^t I hope you are wrong.
  16. Agree but start him on the field.
  17. Can guarantee one thing and that is the MFC will do nothing this week and we will be talking about the same thing again after the Ess game. Something needs to happen before I go totally insane.
  18. If thats the case then the players are not responding to the coach. IE get a NEW COACH.
  19. Put Viney in, I think I've said that before somehwere!!!! Agree totally.
  20. Understand what u r saying but even the commentators are saying our game plan is not up to scratch. Tom Harley said on Fox that the Dees are the only side playing the defensive game plan and not the press. Others such as Paul Roos, G Healy and M Mclure to name a few have said the same thing. All these guy are not journos they are past footy players. There has to be something in it other wise no one would be commenting on it every blood week. Grass is greener maybe, maybe not but sh^t it would be nice to try instead of putting up with this (and no doubt having the same conversation next week and the week after)
  21. I know he has his faults but I still like him in the back line and when the midfield start to pressure the opp midfield then he shouldnt be under as much pressure.
  22. You must be a very very very patient person. Our situation is very similar to Ess last year. If Knights had stayed on as coach there would have been a HUGE back lash from supporters. i would think that would be the case if DB stays next season.
