  1. Posted on Facebook by a demon supporting mate of mine who was at the game today: "think it was Sidebottom at one point lost his shoe at the end of the first half, didn't worry about putting it back on till the siren sounded. Watched Ben Kennedy (former Magpie) pick it up and walk it over to Sidebottom and went to hand it over, Sidebottom reached for it and as he did Kennedy hurled it over his shoulder and kept walking. HAHAHA. Nice Work." GO DEES!
  2. Just a bit of honesty/reality for the day dreamers. I love where we are heading but we are still very crappy.
  3. exactly. we are as bad as both Richmond and the Pies and at times, much worse! The way people talk in superiority to these teams, no wonder they are shocked and shattered when we come out and have stinkers against them. We are still very, very [censored] and on the level with teams like this.
  4. I agree, you need to thin what we could get for him. Surely would have to be decent. Obviously i want him to say, but you need to have a back up plan.
  5. What are the chances we turn both collingwood's and Richmond's seasons around? ??
  6. He is so Gawn, really. Least we will get good stuff for him.
  7. we were in a similar position last year from memory. We ended up losing them all but then beat Geelong. WE surely are the most inconsistent team in the AFL.
  8. I don't mind him or it, he is never afraid to call it as it is and people sook up because they often don't like hearing the truth about their respective football clubs. I'd like him more if he wore suits that actually fitted him
  9. yup. i also liked how he said he was disappointed in Vince's stupidity as him being rubbed out, and the pies regaining sidebottom means that they will draw closer to being even with us, as at the moment we are the better team.
  10. The kid can play, no doubt about it. He is a [censored] dirtbag though, no doubt about that either.
  11. good for him. Definitely won't solve our poor kicking woes, but he has a crack.
  12. Same, it's now almost Thursday and teams will be announced and I couldn't care less. It's weird. im sure it will change come the weekend but at the moment I'm just over this club
  13. Finally we have someone to look forward to
  14. Must be hard for professional athletes/footballers to have a "never say die", "let's win" attitude. i have one, and I actually pay to watch them play instead of getting paid to play.
  15. We will have a crack but lose. I don't want "good tries" anymore, I want wins.
  16. That's fine but we have done this now for 8 years. Comparing it to teams who to be in this position is rare for them, isnt really comparable. People have a right to feel this way, it's heading towards a decade now of performances like this. What baffles me, is that even in the first game in which we won, I am yet to see any signs of the running/attacking/taking the game on style of play we attempted during the NAB cup.
  17. Too many on here were too confident, everytime. "How many is hogan going to kick?" i mean please.
  18. When did we last smash and embarrass a team? Has happened plenty to us but I cannot remember when we last did it to a team? we must do it today. Be brutal. Be relentless. Bully a side!
  19. Ahah is it on there now? from what I've heard, it's megit. at least we are on the lower end of the scale.
