25 yrs old forward. One year to go on contract. Free agent at end of 2020. AFL website claims clubs believe he may be on the market this year. Thoughts?

    Your specialty WYL
  6. I thought the vid where Oskar Baker's dad spoke about the boy's mother who passed away was one for the best I've seen. Dunkley's clip with his brother was pretty good too.

I saw him over summer down the surf coast with his missus. He was cracking it because pedestrians were walking on the wrong side of the footpath.

Ha! Madhouse hates us. Had always have us outside the 8. Regardless, he's a crazy old coot

    He looks older.
  11. By the time GCS get a PP and other clubs have academy/FS bids to match, our pick 20 could end up being 25
  12. Went to Werribee Tech as well.

Yes, Shepp area was in our zone back then. I believe Les Bamblett was from that zone too.
  14. Do clubs have goal kicking coaches any more? Or does that come under forward line coach? I like the idea of Bolton as development coach. Despite his lack of success at the Blues, he has an excellent football brain influenced by Clarko

I take it you were referring to me with your name calling. Please point out where I've used the term 'wrist slashing' or where I disagree with what Garry or Roosy said. You can't.
  16. Freo set to dump 6 assistants as well.

Is it just me or was Garry Lyon slurring his words? Might've had a few frothies in the green room beforehand...

Omac played some forward time as a junior. We switched his brother forward last year. Was that tanking too? And you're hanging your tanking hat on a 12 game first year player, pick 56 which no other club wanted? I believe you are tanking as a poster.
  19. I'm sorry for the loss of your dear friend, Mr Old. I did not see him play, but my father spoke very highly of Bluey as a player. Was one of his favorites from that very successful era. I hope they catch up for a beer beyond the pearly gates.

Howe wanted to play forward whereas he was playing back for us. Buckley signed him to play forward, but quickly realised he can only play as a back. Go figure!
  21. "Watts ticks so many boxes for the Demons. He also oozes leadership and maturity." ???
  22. Glad you're paying attention.

Fortunately, the recruiters don't rate a player based upon output when just coming back from a long term injury. They will be looking at the next 8-10 years of Lever in our backline. He was seen as the best young defender in the comp when we traded picks 10 and 19 for him. He'll be well worth it, IMO
  24. Perhaps the talk of our alleged interest in Keith from Adelaide may be part of a Frost trade.
  25. No offence LB, but if I hear that phrase one more time I'm going to spew up. It's a dumb, nothing phrase that comes from a lack of nuance. 'Drain the swamp' is the other one, thanks to Donald.
