    It's definitely looking that way. Must-win game for the Capitals tomorrow since they're heading back to MSG for game 5. They don't want to be facing elimination that early on the road.

    I think Macca just gave you your answer, Cards. The Kings look unstoppable so far, and they are getting it done in short series'. 5 games in round 1, round 2 could be over very soon for them. They will be less tired come the finals than the teams coming out of the East who will likely have played many more games than them. LA has many scoring threats in Carter, Richards, Brown, Kopitar, Williams, Penner, Doughty...the list goes on. On top of that, Quick is on fire. I would not be at all surprised if the Kings won the cup. That's my new tip.

    Those are all intriguing match-ups, but if we stand any chance of winning it has to be a solid team performance like we had against Sydney in 2010.

    A very interesting article...probably the most insightful of all the pieces regarding 186 that I have read. The changes that have happened at the club since that day were all absolutely necessary, and although we haven't won a game yet this year I think we're in a better situation than we were in the lead up to Round 19. I hope we turn a corner today...we all need something to cheer about. Even if it's not a win, a solid, competitive effort will help show a change in players' attitudes and that we're heading in the right direction.

    They're into the 3rd OT period in Washington still tied at 1-1. Nashville has won 2-0 cutting Phoenix's series lead in half to 2-1.

    I agree with you that his form so far this season has not been as good as we have seen from him in the past. But he has been improving with each game and I think he will continue to do so and become an important player for us.

    Wow St Kilda and Hawthorn will both be busy trying to retain some big names. I would love to see the Dees go after someone like Mitchell or Goddard during the Free Agency period.

    Did he specifically saying that he didn't want to play ruck? I can remember him saying that he wanted to focus on playing only one position rather than multiple, but I can't remember him specifying any position in particular.

    Don't mess with a good thing. 10 goals in 4 games with awful and infrequent delivery proves that he can be an excellent FF for us. If we ever get a decent midfield he will be a Coleman Medallist.

    I'm a big fan of Bail, and after reading that article my liking for him has increased. He sounds like a determined guy who wants to get the best out of himself. It would be great to see him get through the season injury-free and play 20 or so games.

    Sounds like a very scary and dangerous situation. Good luck with the recovery. Hope to see Leigh back playing with Casey later this season.
