I hear you. Magner has generally done good things when he is played as an inside mid. when he was moved to a defensive forward last year his output declined and i think his confidence probably did too.

Would like to see the FD pick something close to a full strength side. Lets be honest both teams played a 2nd string side last weekend, and whilst a win is a win, it didnt teach me anything about the season ahead. A good showing against the Saints would do alot for my confidence in the team and season ahead, and i'd suspect plenty for the playing group too.

Hopefully the fine isn't as large as has been reported, however I'm glad there Is no talk of draft sanction or premiership points. The new footy dept should not be punished, and it seems as though this will be the case
