If the AFL want to put an end to head knocks, then have a look at how many deliberate head high hits Max gets every week, and Clarrie did especially last week. Trade implies two parties each wanting something I believe that he had been, but it is certainly not an option this year in the absence of Tomlinson.

Thanks for that … but what is the average over the year and over the competition? Strangely I was far more confident trailing badly against the Bears at half time than when we briefly hit the front yesterday. There just seemed no intensity or excitement in the playing group. Much like 16 points up on the Crows with minutes to go.

At least we are unlikely to come across Colonwood or Adelaide in finals ??
