Not sure what some people expect we have been at the bottom for 5 years, we have won 30 out of 130 games. Clearly we do not have the cattle. The list has to have substantial changes. If you cannot play at the required standard it does not matter if you are pick 4 or pick 90. Changes are being made I struggle with how that will do anything but improve matters. We will not be world beaters in 2013 but hopefully by 2014 and 2015 after a lot more changes we will be a competitive side capable for getting into the top 4. Please everyone keep in mind in 2012 we were not even competitive!

I reckon you are right on the money here bb I think we all have to remember that the MFC since probably 2005/ 6 have had a list that is poor and will not take us out of the bottom 6. The results show that. We put in Neeld and a new FD to change that, clearly we have a lot of sub standard players. Neeld and the FD are at the coal face, they have invested a year into evaluating the playing list. The conclusion is obvious in their trading and potentional trades they have put up over the last 3 weeks. We need a substantial list change and it is happening A substantial number need to be changed this year and the next couple of years. It shows to me how badly we drafted over the last decade.

Fairly busy tomorrow Redleg so around this time will be exciting you think? In actual fact I really don't care much from here if a trade happens good if not then IMO we have don't quite a bit so far. At the very least we have changed some of the cattle. Our current position was created over a decade I don't expect a solution in one year If we win 6 games against the top 15 sides and reduce the thrashing to a few I will be happy with the results of this trade period. Onward and upward from here.
