Viney is almost certainly the next captain. Brayshaw I still see as future captain material despite his hiccups. Watts is looking a lot more like a leader though. Will be elected to the LG next season.

I can see where it's coming from. If it wasn't the best game we've played all year it would go mighty close. Pedo's work rate is terrific and he brings some seniority as well as versatility with his rucking ability if required. The adage of "if it ain't broke" is tempting. There's two sides to it, and Pedo will be mighty unlucky. (was going to type "Pedo will be very stiff" but thought against it)

I've given you some stick for your support of Neeld, so it's only fair I give you your due pat on the back for your unwavering support of Watts. Even on his absolute worst days, you were adamant he would come good, and boy has he come good.

I really like this in principle. The reality after listening to Roos' presser is that if Hogan is fit, he will come in. It's a matter of who will make way.

There was a time on Demonland where a defeatist whinge thread like this would've gotten mountains of likes. I'm glad to see the tide is turning.

I'm not sure what to expect from today, but I'd just about put the house on Bernie and Jones responding strongly after last week.

They have got a winner in Sicily. He's going to be an exceptionally good player. Amazing to think that Fantasia, Sicily and Hunt were picks 55, 56 & 57 in the 2013 draft. You'd be forgiven for thinking they were picks 15,16 & 17.
