It really is a remarkable comeback by Daisy. Giving birth to twins 12 mths ago and how much her body would have changed and tonight at 1/2 time they showed a story on her coming back. She was at 94kgs after giving birth and has got her body back to footy fitness. You can sense how much the players love having her back and she is a great leader for our club.

I reckon 98 was a lost opportunity. Those 2 finals against stkilda and adelaide were awesome. Unfortunately nth got us in the prelim. Having just finished regarding Neale's book it's interesting to read when he talks about the 2000 gf & how that night at the function he saw the players standing around and having a laugh and he thought you have just lost a grand final, how could you not be angry, disappointed or even sad because he was. He wanted the players to be hurting because he was. He then mentioned how we haven't made a gf since. It's what we say about our club. They either get caught up in the hype, don't learn from losses, fall into the media trap of believing there great or just expect things will happen. They are a frustrating club to watch but you know what each year I renew my membership and show up to the games. One day it will click for us.

I actually don't mind playing west coast r1. It gets that trip out of the way and Id rather do it early on then towards the end of the year. We have been petty lucky to play r1 at home the past few years. I expect the boys to be pumped and ready r1. If they aren't there is a problem.

I just saw the end of his story on weekend sunrise. Agree. Nothing against Archie Roach but how Neale has not been up for this gong just mystifies me. 5 years ago there was no funding to find a cure for mnd, he has now raised millions and millions so down the track people who get diagnosed in the future may have a cure while the man is going through this terrible disease himself. He is a remarkable man that after 5 years he is still is able to walk and has his speech even tough you can tell it's going on him. I guess behind the scenes we don't see the daily battles and it's sad he can't hold his grandchildren but then he finds another way to hold them. He is just amazing. I will buy his book and I think it's going to be very very popular. I reckon it's a book you will read and get a whole lot of inspiration from.
