Interesting on the radio yesterday they were talking about Jack. They said he has been in the system for 6 years now, how can he still be told he has to go into contests and compete for the ball. They said after 2 seasons you should not have to tell a player that. I guess next season will be interesting.

I was at the game last night and Frawley did well on Tex. Yes Tex didnt get great ball delivery but Chippa kept up with him and put in some good spoils. Now he is playing in a prelim which is why he left us, to play finals. So good luck to him and lets move on.

Look when Watts has the ball he uses it beautifully but the guy is coming up inot his 8th season. Yet he still says there are things he needs to improve on in the off season like contested ball. Yes I know you can always improve but geez Jack come on there are players that have been at our club less than half that time that I rate higher than you. Opposition teams still bump into you and try to rough you up because they know it will put you off. You are not respected, yet Hogan plays one year and his opponents rave about how tough, strong and its hard to play on him. Im glad that he said he wants to stay but I also wonder if thats because he's to comfortable and if he went to another club then heaven forbid he may be pushed that little bit harder.

Wow how good was that game. Its a shame the crows and dogs had to meet in an elimination final. That was a free flowing exciting game. The dogs had so many chances in that 3rd quarter. Adelaide hawks next friday night will be brilliant. Frawley or Lake will have there hands full with Tex. How good was he when he ran down the wing and kicked that beautiful pass off. I have images of Jesse doing that in September. Well im still predicting a freo wc gf and wc will steam roll them. Freo only kicked 10 goals and just got over a depleted swans team.

Do GWS have any idea what is happening at there club? First they shoot out a tweet after Damo reported it saying he hasnt requested a trade then today they put out a release saying his manager has enquired about a trade but they will reject it. Glad to see the club and player communicate with each other.

AS much as people cant stand damo he is very rarely wrong. He was right about brisbane players clashing with each other when brisbane tried to deny it. Hang on Howe is only 25. I guess he wants stability, That would take him to 29 and he could still continue to play after that. Its the money I have an issue with. I dont want to throw thousands at him. But if he is saying he wants 4 years to me it sounds like he wants to stay. But we just cant over pay him.

Well I went along today and it started off well first off with free entry and managed to snaffle a front row seat. Its really not that bad of a ground and yes it was a laughable crowd but I thought it was a nice atmosphere. But I walked away happy and excited. We managed to win r1 and now r23. We haven't won in r23 in years, we finally broke the etihad hoodoo and we managed to get one back on GWS who have had the wood over us. We had some nice wins during the season won 3 more than last year and jumped a spot on the ladder. Im glad people are raving about Harmes. He took a beautiful contested mark I think in the 2nd quarter between 2 gws players. I thought when he has played his pace has been great. Ben Newton has also been a handy pick up. 3 goals was nice from him today. Loved Vince, Jones and Vineys work today and also hogan. Just awesome when he took a beautiful mark and played on and ran into the opening goal. Crossy, what a great recruit he has been for us. It just sums him up that in his last game he would end up on a stretcher after going back with the flight of the ball. I think Jones used it to fire the boys up and when he went off giving a wave to the crowd the players were clapping and even our younger ones. It shows how much he meant to us. Tommy Mac did a great job on Cameron. Howe gave us another screamer. I just really enjoyed that final 1/2 of footy today. Its nice to end with a win Just hope we can have a good pre season and improve again next year.

Well im going and taking my dad and other members of my family are going. I have no expectations today. I will just sit there and hopefully Hogan can do a few nice things. I hope there are no injuries to our key players that will hurt us and its a good game. Maybe Howe could take one last speccy for us.

yep adelaide stuffed it up but it was always going to be hard beating geelong at there home ground when they are farewelling 3 of there great players. But Adelaide should be applauded for actually getting to the finals and achieving what they have this season after what they have been through.

Im not sure he would want to play for us because he wont win a flag with us in a year or so, but maybe an assistant coach could be good. Apparently he has a great footy brain and tactically very smart. I do wonder if we need to get some fresh voices in.

he has been in perth last week and mentioned that Freo will be after him. Didnt exactly say he will be at freo but obviously being a perth boy they will target him as Pavlich will finishing soon. Garry shot him down saying he is contracted until the end of 2017 and wont go anywhere. This is why I hope freo can land a key forward this year so they can back off Jesse.
