No you are completely wrong.....it has nothing to do with Neeld or buy in, and everything to do with us only winning 4 games last year. Its only Wellingham and Caddy who have reportedly said they didnt want to come to melbourne, but thats because Wellingham wants to go home to West Coast and Caddy wants to play for a successfull team like Geelong or Carlton...i dont care...good luck to them. Im confident in the type of Players we are drafting and the future direction of the club under Neeld.

Farren Ray is an excellent running outside player who is described as a ball magnet by a Bulldog friend of mine. It's his disposal that is questionable, but may have improved in this area over the last couple of years. Only 26 could be a good get.

I'm all for it, because we will get two experienced premiership players. It's what we need ... along with Shannon Byrnes. We can't afford to stock our team with just kids, we are desperate for experience. I think it all hinges on whether Suns nominate Viney or not, if they don't I would definitely do the trade because we could still end up with Toumpas or Hogan, Viney, possibly a Stringer at 13, Dawes, Wellingham, Byrnes. That's six players who could be injected straight into the team. Remember Dawes had a hand injury last year, and was clunking everything that came his way before that, and only 24. Wellingham was one of their best performers in the finals, and is exactly what we need with his out side run.

Byrnes Clarke Sylvia Howe. Dawes. Pederson Blease. Viney. Toumpas Davey. MacDonald Watts Garland. Frawley. Grimes Gawn Trengove Jones Inter Tapscott, Stringer Wines Fitzpatrick I would be very happy with this ...and very possible.

Only problem with this is that we really can't wait till 2014 to be competitive.
