Its funny you know.....lifes about choices. On one path Liam could have been a highly paid AFL superstar. But Liam chose the other fork in the road, and is now on the run from the law.

Byrnes. Dawes. Davey Pederson. Clark. Howe Sylvia,Blease,Toumpas and Barry will also probably rotate through there off the bench and from the midfield.

Jetta Frawley Garland Watts. McDonald Nicholson Four talls and two Small crumbing/runners/taggers Dunn as the bench back up.

Funny ... I heard him being interviewed yesterday, and got the feeling he wasn't fully commited to Collingwood. I have a gut feel he may consider a move, possible he could be good mates with Dawesy or Leigh Brown or get on well with Neeld. Means anythings possible.

People are so concerned with his wellbeing. 1.He was involved in a machette attack 2. He walked out on us without any thank you... nothing. 3.He drove 5 times the legal limit putting more lives at risk. His story is sad and he could have been a superstar, but for godsake people wake up and smell the roses!

This is what i dont get, he hasnt really reached any satisfactory top level yet,he is still a kid learning the caper,yet he is captain? Dont get me wrong im not a knocker, i really wish him to be a terrific player one day.

There is no player i would prefer with the ball in his hands, that i can absolutely count on to make the right decision than Watts.

Agree with Spirits assessment of Tommy Mac. He did beat anyone he was on , including Dawes. Love how this kid is progressing.

I was there for about an hour today. Dawes has a good presence and will be a great focal point for us. Howe, Tapscott, Pedersen, Byrnes, Davey, Blease and Fitzpatrick also training in the forwards group. Very impressed with Barry and Toumpas, just known how to run to the right spots, find the footy and dispose of it to their teammates' advantage. Viney is a machine just goes and goes, and goes again, a definite starter. Grimes also impressed me in the midfield, running alongthe wing and working hard. Pickles Evans could be a real smokey for a regular senior spot as he was in everything. Watts has definitely beefed up, and he is probably our most skillful player from what I saw today. Jones just looks like a man on a mission and I wouldn't mind putting a few bob on him for the Brownlow, as I believe he will go to anther level again this year. No Rodan out there today, would have liked to see how he fitted in.

Funny how supporters keep bringing up tanking....i just want it to go away....you guys are masochists

Good one Bing.....i think he is developing nicely too,thought he had a good year last year , and was getting really consistent before he got injured. Big year for him ths year though,i have faith in the lad,and believe he will further improve, and yes develop a bit more agression, with more confidence and body size.

We may not be ready to beat the Hawthorns and Geelongs of this world yet, but i think we can realistically, look at beating, St kilda, Richmond,Bulldogs,North and Essendon.

Sour grapes from the Bummers supporters, they cant handle, being our whipping boy. They say we dont stand for anything? Irrelevent? We only INVENTED the game they now play,so in real terms they have followed US!. They are soft,and very weak under pressure,cant wait to pull their pants down again, bunch of arrogant tossers.

I really dont care , i am over it as its happened all my life,but i dropped my son off at a kids birthday parrty yesterday and i was wearing a melbourne T shirt, and as i walked in every kid, gave me heaps....shouting out "Melbourne??? ....ha ha ha ha....Losers"...and stuff to that effect. Doesnt worry me but my son gets embarressed.....hope we can start winning for his sake.

No worries.......i just think its stronger to have 1 captain, and let young Trengove develop. Thats not to say that i wont support him un conditionally. Maybe ill be proven wrong,and it will work out.
