Hypotheticals
Thinking of the ride and the emotion my cousin experienced when Richmond broke the drought Thinking of that magic 4 weeks the Bulldogs supporters had including my wife's cousins who went up to Sydney for the Prelim as well as the GF in 2016 Thinking of the Cats supporters who got to experience a dominant win to break the drought in 2007 Even the old South die hards who were there for the Swans in 2005 Then thinking of us potentially being cheated out of that experience especially after all the heartache we've experienced over the years makes me feel ill

Finals 2021
Negative tests pregame should be sufficient, that's still 6 weeks away. We're in lockdown for another 2 and a half weeks minimum so the chances of having an outbreak caused by the GF are slim to none. Have designated entry times if you just to limit the queuing outside pre game

Yep the 88 prelim was great too. Although getting smashed in the Grand Finals was horrible the build up to get there was fantastic.

Richo’s Praise of Luke Jackson
Luckily he's nothing like Athas Hrysoulakis.

Richo’s Praise of Luke Jackson
Yeah Schwarz had a fantastic leap/contested mark. I think Schwarz was more of a genuine footballer but he reminds me of him with his athleticism/touch.

Richo’s Praise of Luke Jackson
He reminds me a bit of a young Schwarz minus the leap.

POSTGAME: Rd 22 vs Adelaide
How good is Bowey? 3 games in and so composed, such a good user. Another Jason Taylor gem.

POSTGAME: Rd 22 vs Adelaide
I sit in the AFL members on the Southern Stand wing and it feels like the entire game is played on the members side of the ground!

Joel Smith signs on for 2022
He played ok today. Was he on Fogarty? Got beaten more than once. Still it was against poor opposition he didn't do anything to change my mind on him as a player going forward.

GAMEDAY: Rd 22 vs Adelaide
They're taking it easy and winning by 22 points. Just get the win and no injuries and I'll be happy.

Finals 2021
If you win you skip week 2 of the finals

Supporting Koz
Oh my god, you're that guy huh?

Finals 2021
So if we can get 20k people to the G they'll let us play the Prelim there should we be hosting? I doubt it, it seems like there's one rule being discussed for the Cats and another for us.

Finals 2021
So that same theory means if we finish top 2 we get to name the ground, regardless of capacity?
-
Finals 2021
As above if Geelong can choose to play in Geelong because of no crowds surely that means we get to play at the G without crowds if we finish top 2?
-
Finals 2021
If there will be no finals at the G due to no crowds why would there be a final in Geelong?

NON MFC: Rd 22 2021
Hawkins misses from dead in front 😲 Saints could be on here

Joel Smith signs on for 2022
I don't get it

Tasmanian AFL Team
And then once Tassie members hold a majority they will just vote to fully relocate the team to Tassie. Whyw ould you do that if you're North? To be honest I think North are in a better financial situation than the Saints these days, don't know why they're always the first one to be named for relocation. Tassie becomes 19th team - then a 20th team from NT (split games between Darwin/Alice/Cairns).

Finals 2021
The thought of Melbourne breaking the drought anywhere bar the G especially if I can't go is seriously starting to make me feel sick 🤮

The New Home Base & Training Ground Thread
They got a fair chunk handed to them by Howard as well if I remember correctly

AFL TRADE NEWS AND RUMOURS
Riccardi showed a bit in his first few games, might be worth having a crack at him over another mid like Green

AFL TRADE NEWS AND RUMOURS
Moving on from Murphy, Betts, Casboult and Ed Curnow could clear some cap space?
