  1. First drill groups of 3 hand balling on the move evading two defenders. Movement and ball handling sharp, no dropped balls so far. Plenty of enthusiasm. Crowd of about 50 or 60 people have rocked up.
  2. Just got to training, boys just finishing their warm ups and run throughs. Any other demonlanders here?
  3. This weekend offers him the chance to lead an angry and aggressive Demon side to the most unlikely of victories in hostile territory. The perfect game for a 200th.
  4. MFC - a leaderless rabble
  5. I want Watts, Garland, Howe, Lumumba, Bail, Grimes, McKenzie, Terlich and Toumpas gone.
  6. I'd be very surprised if he could get a regular game at any other AFL club.
  7. I hope you're right, but my god is he slow. Just another plodder me thinks.
  8. literally and figuratively. Still, I'll bide my time, can't wait until they are off the list.
  9. they came out like maniacs fresh from lobotomies. Is it wrong of me to be considering attending this Friday's training at Domain stadium with the intention of heckling the players and coaches?
  10. I look forward to the off season with interest. I can't wait to see the back of Howe, Grimes, Dunn, Garland and Watts.
  11. You're the DH Ding, gloating that you're not a member. Please F off these forums forever mate
  12. Troubling performance. One quarter of football (the third for chrisake) and the players give themselves a pat on the back, job done fellas. We've improved this year, balls.
  13. I'll be sick if Roos and Goodwin are not able to find the cancer in this list and simply get rid of it. I don't care if its Nathan Jones, Garland, Dunn, Dawes, Gawn, or even Hogan, identify why this team can't perform with consistent intensity and fix it. Get the cancerous elements off the list and do it yesterday for farks sake. I'm sick of it.
  14. PJ better dust off the old quill, an apology letter to the members is warranted after this display.
  15. Jeremy Howe doing his utmost to reduce his trade value for us as well. Soft coke
  16. Agreed. I'd take Pig Dog over Bail any day of the week. Bail has well and truly had his card marked after that half of footy. In the dictionary under Bail it says "n. a deer in the headlights, that lacks a left foot"
  17. Q: What's the worst thing that can happen to you as a melbourne player? A: have the words "All-australian" used in a sentence to describe your form early in the season. T-Mac has been Melbournised the longer the season has gone on and has now resumed his former self. I knew it was too good to be true. Just waiting for it to happen to Jesse and Angus.
  18. Didn't take long for Chris Dawes to rediscover his woeful ordinary standards. We're essentially two men down at the centre taps because Gawn taps to the advantage of the opposition 9 times out of 10 and if the ball somehow ends up in dispute, he doesn't provide a decent enough 2nd effort. I'd put Howe in the ruck.
  19. it became very clear in that half that there is absolutely no point whatsoever playing Rohan Bail, the guy will not be offered a new contract so what is there to be gained by him playing any more in the seniors. Would rather see Stretch or JKH play.
  20. I'd rather watch Casey play than to see our so called leaders dish up nothing
  21. cue in the rack, no such thing as pride at this club
  22. I'd have Stephen Hill or Natinui in a heartbeat over Jack Watts (hindsight's wonderful ain't it?)
  23. In: Salem, Bail Out: Harmes, Michie
  24. Up forward wasn't the problem so much as down back in the first quarter when brown and petrie had their way, but upon reflection, that was more a problem with how easy they were walking it out of the middle in that first quarter.
