It was definitely 59,548. I don't understand why everyone thinks it was lower. Barratt also said the same thing on Triple M about a week ago. Don't know who wrote this but the guy who did the mid season review in the age a few days ago, said that Colin Garland had not made it to the field for a game this year. I mean if you want to do a bloody mid season review at least get your facts right.

I hope Jurrah can debut in the next couple of rounds because from what I saw of him today he looked classy and ready to play at senior level. I also like Bail's chances of playing soon.

Interesting to see that Bennell got dropped, but if there is a late out for the dees Bennell will definitley play cos Dunn and Newton both played for Casey today. I'm glad that Cheney finally gets a game because I think he has been delt pretty harshly to not have his spot in the team each week.

There's an article on the AFL website where Dean Bailey's saying that Jack could be up for selection if he plays a great game in the VFL this week.

I thought there were more than 39,395 people there. There were certainly more Hawthorn supporters, but the top level general admission in the great southern stand were going a fair way back, along with the Olympic stand. The Ponsford stand was also really full. I was also sitting in the Olympic stand top level and there was a few Melbourne supporters around me, but too many Hawks supporters for my liking. Too many annoying Hawks supporters who keep going on about umpiring decisions and shouting the same things over and over again.

Don't you mean the one last year against Essendon when he marked it and fumbled it in the goal square? That effort from Robbo was shocking. He tried to kick the goal when he was on the ground which I didn't get, and he kicked the ball into his opponents shin (I think Beau Dowler). He is a very hard player to rate at the moment, some of the elements of his game look up to scratch if not better than before, like overhead marking, but he just isn't quick enough and needs to improve his set shot goal kicking and decision making.

I think that Cheney should have been the most likely to make the team out of the 7, apart from Jones. Hope Cheney is a late inclusion.

Interchange: Jones,Bennell, Cheney are all definites in my book. Maric may sneak into the team for another week,but I cant see Jamar getting in. Bartram might have a rest along with Petterd.

I'm gonna take a stab at 42,265. Not our home game and Hawthorn supporters will be out in droves. Hopefully Melbourne supporters will be as well.

I wouldn't want Green to go back, but I reckon the loose man role would be best suited to Bruce. Some people might not agree but I think Bruce plays best in those sorts of positions

Martin will probably get Buddy but I'd love to see Warnock have a shot on Buddy as well along with Frawley if he plays. Warnock will probably get Roughead primarily. I'd love to see a Davey V Rioli battle.

I think it would be beneficial to have Spencer back in the team.

Don't think Petterd should be dropped. He was a bit quiet last week but overall he has had a good season. Only one change for mine: Out-Dunn In- Bennell Obviously Rivers, Frawley and Green could be back but I have no idea who would be dropped in place. Definitley not Cheney or Whelan.
