This. Scratching my head that we’re 1.60 favourites. That will come in no doubt, but gosh we’d want to start a hell of a lot better than we did this week. Hard to judge Dogs game (Saints rolled them by 50 as well) and the Lions game (Max goes down inside 5, we play half a quarter of footy and nearly roll them). This will indicate where we are more realistically at. If we can’t beat the Swans (something we have struggled with recently) then we ain’t doing much this year. Longmire also comprehensively has the wood over Goody, so let’s see if it’s the same old ‘back in the system’ or something a little different. A lot of this is up to the players’ mindset……….do they want to work hard for it?

It looked an extremely innocuous hit from a falling down Jack. Glad it ain’t ACL. Maybe Max would do well wearing protective knee bracing, much how like Salo wears tape around his wrists. Tape those knees up for protection.

Would love to know what was said at the 1/2, coz clearly it’s had little impact on the players. This group is feeling sorry for themselves, and playing like it.

What is our midfield doing?

It looks like a suspected medial injury for Max Gawn, given he has ice on the inside of his knee. Not ideal, but certainly better than a potential ACL injury.

Brisbane have their tails up and we are still on the plane it seems. Could get ugly. Will be interesting to see if anyone wants to stand up for us.

When they become half decent. Still playing on emotion (both positive and negative emotions). Voss hasn’t taught a game style that is reliable. Plus they are extremely shaky in defence.
