Farewell Jesse Hogan
i wouldn't be including any further picks of ours in the trade with them 5 and 14 and langdon for hogan i would consider 5 and next year's future first and langdon i would consider, and then probably say, sure, and cerra for our future first too no matter what happens i want the pick BEFORE them in this year's draft then 14 or freo future first, 41 and tyson to gc17 for may and kk

need another wicket tonight to get us past 186 i feel...

Farewell Jesse Hogan
freo are stuck in that awkward position of beating the poor teams at home, the really poor away, and not being remotely close to those above them i can completely understand why they're targeting hogan, but if they lose neale they're really robbing peter to pay paul their home ground advantage finds them actually stuck btw a rock and a hard place

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - KADE KOLODJASHNIJ
Gary Buckenara rates him highly: KADE KOLODJASHNIJ: Kolodjashnij has had injury and health issues over the last few years but he has shown himself to be a really good AFL player when fit. I believe he is a potential A-grader, so Gold Coast would want close to A-grade compensation. A first-round pick or a good experienced player would be an ideal trade.

chan marshall sums it up for me with her rihanna cover: Not really sure how to feel about it Something in the way you move Makes me feel like I can't live without you It takes me all the way I want you to stay

we may play there as bernie did this year, but people seem to not realise how young we are as a side next year lewis, jones and garlett will be the only players aged 30 plus on our list; by comparison carlton have six players turning 30+ next season, and collingwood have eight - nearly all of whom remain in the respective side's best possible squads we are still very young and inexperienced and wise old heads like lewis and jones remain valuable at senior level

Farewell Jesse Hogan
hogan is and will be an absolute superstar the more i think about it the more shattered i am that this generational talent is leaving us fortunately we have two more 'once in a lifetime' players on our list in gawn and oliver

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - KADE KOLODJASHNIJ

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - STEVEN MAY

Josh Kelly
it is absurd that they are 'tradeable'
-
WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - KADE KOLODJASHNIJ
worth about a second round...in points if we're flagging this far out that we're keen we'll get it done, and gc17 will bank the points / use whatever we trade them for spare change

Farewell Jesse Hogan
Only if itโs an โunbelievableโ deal for MFC according to my rumour mill
-
WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - STEVEN MAY
And I struggle to see how May improves that i understand that GC17โs midfield outs zero defensive pressure on the ball carrier, leaving him exposed, but he has regularly had bags of goals kicked on him throughout his career Heโs not quick on the lead and heโs not able to battle the high kicks

yes...undersized for a modern key defender the likes of harris andrews are the prototype - extrezzo tall but agile, just like the key forwards they need to match up on it's part of why sydney are so keen to get darcy moore in, as he has the height and the nous to play that role
-
Farewell Jesse Hogan
May is not a gorilla; heโs undersized for a modern key defender

Farewell Jesse Hogan
i'm thinking more historically, of course, with the likes of farmer, that traitorous so-and-so scott thompson, etc. stretch and viney are father-sons, and the latter is basically a vic boy - only lived in sa for, what, three years?
-
Farewell Jesse Hogan
wouldn't go near sa or wa boys based upon our history of holding onto them that's IF a hogan trade happens
