Who do we realistically target for a trade?
yes, he really is that slow his kicking is up and under and he doesn't hit the scoreboard he wouldn't improve our side one iota
-
Who do we realistically target for a trade?
He’ll be 31 next year, can’t get a game for the Saints, is slower than both Vince and Lewis... I hope we don’t go anywhere near him personally

Brayshaw Re-Signs Until 2022
me too, primarily cos he was an obvious 'asset' ecstatic to see his turnaround in form, and more than happy for him to stay and continue on the way he's going
-
Brayshaw Re-Signs Until 2022
good result, now to just fix his cleanliness with the ball up
-
Losing Jack Viney
Gawn, T Mac, Lever would seem to be the next rung of on / off field leaders

Andrew Gaff
i don't think west coast would want tyson or garlett, and i doubt picks that we will be able to offer them (e.g. this year's second rounders that we hold) will do them much good they'll either keep gaff or let him walk and use the compo pick, either as a trade or as an actual pick the general story today seems to be that they're keeping him and mcgovern and lycett, which seems remarkable - some speculation is that most of nic nat's 2019 payments can go into the injury payments, so they get some salary cap relief there, and then he's only contracted til end of 2020 i believe, and obviously won't be paid at the same ratio as current as he'll have missed three prime years of his football life with knee knacks - i'm sure he'll still be on $1m or thereabouts, but in terms of 2021-24 pay that'll be lower portion of cap to his current remuneration

Meth Coke won’t match tho They’ll take their compo pick and trade it for Kelly from Geelong
-
Andrew Gaff
we don't have to offer anything other than cash he's a free agent
-
Who do we realistically target for a trade?
Good theory today is that they’ll now let Gaff go as a free agent and use that compo pick - which will be after their first rounder - to get the homesick Tim Kelly from the puddy tatts

Who do we realistically target for a trade?
Rumours swirling that McGovern is sticking with meth coke... Gaff...come on down to Demonland

The 2019 fixture
tasmania! we would not play in nt as a 17 round season model - every game would be a serious event, either home and away it'd be rotated on a yearly basis using next year and 2020 as an example... 2019 round 1: vs geelong at the mcg on saturday at 2:10pm (home) round 2: vs port adelaide at adelaide oval on saturday at 7:50pm (away) round 3: vs sydney at the mcg on friday at 7:50pm (home) round 4: vs gc17 at carrara on saturday at 4:40pm (away) round 5: vs peptides at the mcg on friday at 7:50pm (home) round 6: vs richmond at the mcg on wednesday at 7:50pm (away) round 7: vs brisbane at the mcg on saturday at 2:10pm (home) round 8: vs gw$ at bankstown on saturday at 4:40pm (away) round 9: vs carlton at the mcg on saturday at 7:50pm (home) round 10: vs north melbourne at docklands on sunday at 1:10pm (away) round 11: vs fremantle at perth stadium on sunday at 4:40pm (away) round 12: vs collingwood at the mcg on monday at 3:20pm (home) round 13: vs adelaide at the mcg on sunday at 3:20pm (home) round 14: vs st. kilda at docklands on sunday at 1:10pm (away) round 15: vs hawthorn at the mcg on sunday at 3:20pm (home) round 16: vs meth coke at mcg on saturday at 2:10pm (home) round 17: vs footscray at docklands on saturday at 7:30pm (away) now the times could be different but it could as as easily be flipped for the following year... 2020 round 1: vs geelong at kardinia park on saturday at 2:10pm (away) round 2: vs port adelaide at the mcg on saturday at 7:50pm (home) round 3: vs sydney at the scg on friday at 7:50pm (away) round 4: vs gc17 at mcg on saturday at 2:10pm (home) round 5: vs peptides at docklands on friday at 7:50pm (away) round 6: vs richmond at the mcg on friday at 7:50pm (home) round 7: vs brisbane at the gabba on saturday at 4:10pm (away) round 8: vs gw$ at the mcg on sunday at 1:10pm (home) round 9: vs carlton at the mcg on saturday at 2:10pm (away) round 10: vs north melbourne at the mcg on sunday at 1:10pm (home) round 11: vs fremantle at the mcg on sunday at 2:10pm (home) round 12: vs collingwood at the mcg on monday at 3:20pm (away) round 13: vs adelaide at the adelaide oval on sunday at 4:40pm (away) round 14: vs st. kilda at the mcg on sunday at 1:10pm (home) round 15: vs hawthorn at the mcg on sunday at 3:20pm (away) round 16: vs meth coke at perth stadium on saturday at 7:50pm (away) round 17: vs footscray at the mcg on saturday at 7:50pm (home) and you just continue with the same format forever and a day; you'd probably change what rounds you play, save for the sacrosanct timeslots - e.g. anzac eve (and by default a game against the peptides around that time period) and queen's birthday, plus i would love to have a traditional saturday afternoon match-up btw the two oldest teams in the competition to start each year i still say the reason it WON'T ever happen, beyond the sheer loss of revenue for the afl, is cos of the showdown and derby more than anything...but really they're just part of the money as well!

King: Oliver can be Dee's Dusty
#1, #3, and #17 pies, freo, tigers and north the only other teams with three representatives in top 30 these stats are completely meaningless of course; my tigers mate swears blind that grimes should be leading their b&f and that neck tatts is having a 'poor' year the biggest issue with champ data rankings - which is essentially supercoach points - is that they are still dependent upon stats, i.e. possessions and scoring chains etc., meaning that role-players like grimes, or jetta, or alex pearce, or scott thompson are completely absent from consideration

Who do we realistically target for a trade?
Restricted free agent
-
Jason Taylor Resume
eh? tyson, toumpas (failure), viney, oliver, brayshaw - all 'pure' mids and weideman is NOT a debacle
-
Farewell Jesse Hogan
hogan's mum now lives in melbourne and he grew up going for the crows why on earth would he go back to wa now?
-
Who do we realistically target for a trade?
Most media has speculated we ‘might’ be interested in him as he’s a free agent and we have no first rounder to trade to being in a player (FWIW I tend to think he’s worth about what a Melksham or a Hibberd - or a Tyson? - might be worth, which is a mid to high second / low third round pick)
-
Who do we realistically target for a trade?
In order of my preference we have been ‘linked’ with the following so far this year: Gaff, Dahlhaus, Polec, Beams, Langdon, Taylor
-
Losing Jack Viney
interesting that goodwin says the injury is 'different' to last year / this year's foot injury not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing
- Last chance for Kennedy-Harris?
- Last chance for Kennedy-Harris?

King: Oliver can be Dee's Dusty
oliver on the latest inside melbourne podcast said that he very much modelled his early game on voss three premierships and a brownlow to come! (preferably no horrific broken leg tho)
-
King: Oliver can be Dee's Dusty
Clayton @ 20 years of age >>>>>>> Dustin @ 20 years of age
-
Jared Polec
unlike gaff, is not a free agent, wherein lies the rub we only have to give up salary cap to secure gaff; getting polec in would cost value in a trade class player...but gaff is better inside AND outside

Angus Brayshaw
lying is the second language of football
