Farewell Sam Frost
we traded a second round pick for frost, but after all the other picks came into it in terms of value he worked out as being about a pick 60 valuation i'm not fussed if he goes or he stays, as i don't think we're going anywhere while he's in our best 22

Keith “Bluey” Truscott Trophy 2019
viney has always polled well, so - given the low scores - it is not a huge surprise

Dockers Appoint Longmuir as Coach
this is the first time rawlings has been mentioned by anyone as even in the running it was those three, plus sumich, that we know presented to the board i reckon watson is wrong (again)

Dockers Appoint Longmuir as Coach
How does that work, given that he took the role at North? Sounds like whispers is barking up the wrong tree... Longmuir, Solomon, and Carr were the names all talked about as in the running for a senior role at Freo, and all are known to have presented to the board Been no talk of Rawlings to Freo before now

Dockers Appoint Longmuir as Coach
dean solomon has been rumoured to be heading to essendon if he wasn't successful landing the freo senior gig i still think it'd be a weird fit given that rutten is appointed as woosha's successor, and caracella is seen as one of the best assistants in the business

The calumny of the AFL's priority pick policy
it gets better / worse: The Suns will also receive expanded academy player access for 3 years including: • Provision of the Darwin region as an academy zone. • Ability to pre-sign Gold Coast SUNS academy players (including those from Darwin) without bidding. • Increased rookie list, up to 10 players the big one there is the ability to sign academy players without bidding

WELCOME TO DEMONLAND - ADAM TOMLINSON
Ellis is an RFA as he was on $600k a year at the Tigers too - he’d only have to take a haircut to stay cos they have recruited heavily with the likes of Prestia and Lynch, and paid big money to Martin to retain him

WELCOME TO DEMONLAND - ADAM TOMLINSON
Good grief Will anyone give him that sort of dosh?

Petracca Ready to Take Next Step
yr as bad as my tigers supporting mate who three years ago wanted hardwick sacked, houli and grigg delisted, cotchin removed from the captaincy, and martin traded

List changes who do we cut, trade or go after.
as a matter of interest, did chandler, c wagner, lockhart, dunkley re-sign as rookies? how does it work with the likes of dunkley, who was signed mid-year? does bradtke remain on the cat b rookie list? presuming so, i think that means we currently have 3 vacancies on our senior list (lewis, maynard, garlett) and three on rookie list (tim smith, kielty, walker) if we are able to pull off elliott and tomlinson as free agents, and swap what is likely to be pick 22 (after pointy end priority pick and points matching for green from gw$) for landgon, would we have no spots left on senior list? who remains out of contract? stretch and jkh don't get new contracts, frost for north's second rounder (what will likely be pick 27)? that'd leave us with three picks in the draft (say 3, 27, 40); do you have to use three, or is it just mandatory three changes to the list? and either two or three (2, 20, possibly 38) in the rookie draft?

Billy Stretch
But his ‘natural’ position is at the coalface, and in our side he’s a long way back in the queue He’s a classic ‘good, ordinary’ player

Andrew Gaff
so both whitfield and gaff will be free agents at the end of 2020? iiiiiiiiiiiiiiinteresting

Petracca Ready to Take Next Step
I for one love his attitude Really hope he becomes the player we all want him to be - an out and out superstar I actually think he was one of our most consistent players in a truly awful year

As I said to a crows mate: third round pick? They pay his entire salary fourth round pick? We go 50-50 fifth round pick? Whoever gets him pays him
