As fun as it'd be to have a look at him running around in a match, it's a practice match, we need to practice kicking it to new key targets in Dawes and Pete O'File, players that'll actually be there in round 1. Key position needs more drilling that bringing a kid off the bench to a flank.

UFC on Fox 5 was just a bunch of sick fights! The undoubted lowlight was watching BJ get slaughted by that arrogant freak (who will rule the ww division, easily). Hang 'em up BJ, nothing left to prove, I can't watch something like that again! Gustafssen is ready for Jones, but the Mauler said he'll take another fight rather than wait, that's how it should be. Love this kid. Dennis Siver looked fantastic. Would be a very tough challenge for Aldo the way he's going. I was actually going for Nate Diaz, has more class than his brother. But not even close. Not sure who can beat Henderson now that Edgar has dropped down. Some great highlights, Yves Edwards, Cruikshank, Matt Bown... The Jorganson / Albert scrambles... Very entertaining card. Bring on the heavyweights.

I'll always stick to comedy, it's my only redeeming quality. I never said he was shite, and I said he'll improve/come good. But the discussion has turned to champions, and from what I've seen my opinion is his best will be a good, consistent footballer. Not enough weapons to be a champion in today's game.

lol^ Dress it up any way you like, but Trengove had a pig of a season. I would hope he was injured, but apparently he wasn't. I'm a fan and think he'll improve, but he doesn't have the tools to ever be a champion of the game.

I saw Gillies but only walking, he could've been fully training but I didn't notice. Didn't see Pedo at all. Might've been in his van.

I was there for a while. Agree with most of what has been said. Jetta looked very good. Sharp, fit and tackles as well as always. Kicking was good too. Tom McDonald's kicking was good too, I didn't see him miss a target. Spencer suddenly looks like quite an athlete. Moves beautifully for such a big man. His ball drop is still horrible but he was on target. Gawn ran solid laps, he's huge. Dawes walked laps while I was there. So did Hogan. We have some monsters on our list now. Jamar was moving well too. Garland looks bigger, I noticed it last week, and again today, his arms are bigger, he's very vocal and trained well. Viney does try to do too much. But he's an impressive kid, beautiful blind turn and sidestep at one stage. After the tackling coach mentioned in previous posts had the boys tackling the blokes with the bags, they went into a tackling/evasion drill, pretty much straight away Davey went the arm dive and flail technique that was the opposite of what they were just told to do. Apart from that he trained better than has been previously reported, but there was no endurance stuff that I saw. Jimmy and friends ran laps, Jimmy lead the whole time. I can't think of anything else, training is a lot more structured than my sloppy report.
