  1. Just praying that this isn't our final draft order. Hopefully there is more action in store.
  2. Here's hoping. They have bought speculative stock.
  3. We're a bit deep into this now and have discussed plans for Grundy in the side, I 've never been the biggest fan of the trade but it would be a shame if it fell down now. Collingwood did this to themselves.
  4. Yeah I don't care about his decision making process maybe other than from a case study point of view and what improvements the league needs to make. The result is the result.

Hard to compete when the injury curse takes hold. Speaking of which, really happy with our performance yesterday against the Panthers but my word it came at a cost. Bosa groin injury, Jimmy Ward brakes his hand in his comeback game, Jeff Wilson jr has his weekly knock and the one that is crippling is Emanuel Mosley now out for the season with a torn ACL. He's such an underrated hard working corner. I'd like to know why Carolina changed their surface to synthetic, it's not like their owners are poor. Doesn't help prevent a lot of these injuries.

Really impressive BDA. That Cowboys defensive front is right up there with the best at the moment.
  7. Would it be fair to call that the 'miracle pond'?
  8. Is there any way Weid could be part of this deal or is the Essendon deal now too much of a domino for all the other stupid trades around the league to get done?
  9. Yeah that does cheese me off a bit too. I guess there is some comfort in getting a Future second from Freo instead of GWS's pick 44 though.

They can have him, haven't seen that much to suggest he'd stand out in a rebuilding side.
  11. Decent hands, would love to see more of his stoppage stuff.
  12. I think that is probably the closest to the mark any theory of ours will get.
  13. It just seems like a lot of work just to move up 2 picks and appease Collywobblewood for their own mistake. Pick 27, maybe a later one thrown in, take it or leave it.
  14. It would have been one of those situations where they weren't 'talking' but they were 'talking'.
  15. The only time I don't mind it is if they are coming down from something like 47 to inside the first 20. Th idea of changing numbers to 'reinvigorate' careers used to seem really strange to me.
  16. The more I hear about Phillipou the more I like. At worst could be a tall dynamic mid.
  17. Don't believe the hype
  18. Hope everyone has a good day today. Whether you're from VIC/WA/Anywhere.
  19. Isn't a grandfather offer one that would be seriously out of date?
  20. Well everyone's doing it!
  21. Never liked Freo anyway!
  22. Does your current employer know?
  23. Yes, we must bar access from Western Australia. Actually is there any way we can secede from all the other states so we never have homesick players? You see, our biggest problem is that no-one at any club has ever been homesick other than at our club. If we ever have a no.1 pick and the best kid is from WA, we should send them a little letter saying that under no circumstances would we draft a snot nosed pencil necked West Australian, because we don't do that at high and mightyville.
