This is the best reserves system we have currently. I'm sure teams would rather have their own reserves teams like the old days but it is simply not feasible at this time. We align with a VFL club, a good one mind you with a history of their own. Work alongside each other, they make it work pretty well.

Counted at least 7 senior listed players at Ikon Park today supporting our guys and around 8 former players. Definitely crap culture.
