Mate I have Beams and Dangerfield already inked in for 2015. Beams for the 2015 Norm Smith.

The timing makes sense. The trade deadline for Brisbane comes and goes, the trengove bomb is dropped. Dees, Collingwood and Richmond engage the plan. Circumstancial but corroborative. -

I sympathise with your view however we compete on the open market, so it is entirely relevant what he is worth on the open market. I think its likely that what we can get either out of pick 12 or a deal involving same will be of greater value to us, and may get us a step closer to competing in that market. -

Everyone universally agrees that for MFC to move up the ladder it needs to completely alter the constitution of it's list. It's bemusing there is outrage at upsetting the status quo when that is practically what is attempting to be achieved. The list is unbalanced and the constitution of it needs to change so that we can play FINALS again. These are clever football men in charge. A good Melbourne player is not necessarily of AFL standard. Look at 2nd and 3rd in the 2013 B and F. We are rooted if we don't compare our list to the best in the league. -

I think I will wait for the pie to be cooked before I taste it, but clearly something is cooking. We really do have a one paced midfield and this is something that needs to be addressed as soon as possible if we are going to entertain the possibility of finals. And nowhere in anyone's wildest imagination outside of parochial Melbourne supporters is Jack Trengove worth ND12 on his own. -
If you look at the list going forward we are one paced around the midfield. We are about to delist the blokes that were supposed to give us that zip. I reckon at the end of 2015 we will all be discussing how we need to get some speed and line-breakers into the lineup. Dalhaus would give us some zip.

Let you know at the end of 2015. So far so good. Attempting to address our lack of run from half back and lack of a true small forward.

No, it's wrong. Have a number of associates who know Mr Danger well.

You can't operate in authority without credibility. That's not to say that you need to be a great player to be a great coach, it's just that the words of a player or coach who has achieved will hold far greater weight with the listener.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - JEFF GARLETT

"On output". You have 4 kids in that forward line. A couple of inconsistent utilities, Garlett and Dawes. You would need enormous improvement and rapid development of the kids in order for this to be a consistently damaging forward line. Hopefully we get that. -
Is there anyone with 2 picks in the late second/early third round that would entertain a swap for our 23. We get Frost for one of those, then take the other to the draft or possibly throw one at Hallahan, Lowden or similar ilk. Now I am doing one of those moot trades that [censored] me so much... carry on.

It's better but on output miles off a top 8 forward line. -

Potentially a real value get. If he can get back to his best footy and has good influences around him then he fills a big gap. -

Late draft picks have zero value to GWS. I would have said the same about unproven skinny discards, they have a list full of them. Not sure where this leaves us but hopefully we work something out. -
Trade radio says GWS giving up 4 and 7!

Reported on Hun that this will not happen. As expected rival clubs complained. -

Mate not even Joe Hockey in his speedos eating a box of krispy kremes while getting his back waxed makes our trading look good. -

If we were confident that the Saints were taking Petracca I would do that deal. We lose nothing and gain another midfielder. -
I think it makes a lot of sense, will we anything left to trade?

We are going to need some speed in the midfield.
