Post on the Kozzie thread saying Cameron fined in 2017 for striking and 2020 for rough conduct and striking in 2021. Tribunal said he had no prior suspensions. Didn't look at previous fines or incidents then. 3 previous incidents where he was found guilty and yet he is of such exceptional character, he is fined again, for medium impact which carries a suspension, when others would be suspended.

Was found guilty of medium impact, that is a suspension, unless you are a good bloke, who in Cameron’s case work's with Indigenous youth. Robbo, Whately on 360 stunned, journos Jay Clark, Glen McFarlane and Ralphy on Midweek Tackle, also stunned and appeared actually angry. We have one rule for some and another for others. IMO the sooner the Tribunal Chairman and Christian are gone and the whole system is overhauled, the better. Consistency simply does not exist in the AFL judiciary.

We have seen players pick up the ball and run 5 steps, or drag their opponent 5 steps to the boundary, with no problem and other times, a player takes possession of the ball as he crosses the boundary and is pinged. The one consistent thing in the AFL, is the lack of consistency.

Kozzie doing the same action gets 3-4 without any question. Hunter as mentioned got suspended for the same thing.

We are currently 2 short on our list without Gus and Smith, usual issue of injuries aside. As they were senior players, not just backups, it is more significant.

I hope he gets a run at it and is left in the side. He will improve and the experience of Anzac eve big crowd will be invaluable to him and a couple of other youngsters. Kozzie back might add some opportunities too.

Don’t we add Smith to that list as being unavailable. Our list is 2 down before injuries.

The only hope of him getting to us is to not have a great year and be selected outside top 40.

Anyone who suggests trading or demoting Clarry, who is playing injured, has to be joking or trolling. Clarry is the best contested ball player I have ever seen, in well over 60 years of watching footy.

I hope all Dee’s fans are realistic about Kolt in his first game and aren’t disappointed if he doesn’t have a great game. On what we have seen he has the talent to make it, but may need time as most young players do. Then again, he could turn it on.

No it's not. Correct me if I am wrong but at Casey we have use of the Casey ground and Facility, not the whole ground area of the entire sporting fields. At Caulfield we could have 2-3 ovals with one MCG size and a full training and administrative base, with even a low level grandstand built outside the track, giving us the best facilities in the AFL and in the central part of the Melbourne metro area. Casey will never have that. I agree with your point the sooner the better though.

No, not damn hard on them, merely stating what would be their likely preference, given where most of them live. They are entitled to have a preference on where they would prefer to train, not that it would always be accommodated. They might also have a preference which club they would like to play with and that also is not always possible.

Caulfield will likely be less restricted for room than Casey, with less parking issues and more room for buildings. More to the point, the MFC don't want to be based solely at Casey and I suspect the players would agree. It is great for what it currently is and will be, an adjunct to a permanent, more centrally located home base.
