Petty was pushed back off balance contributing to the collision. This was done by a guy who did much worse earlier in the year and got away with it. Goody who rarely mentions incidents, certainly highlighted this part of it, asking the media how did Petty contact McGovern?

He is still racking up possessions, though his use of the footy is an issue and his salary becomes a lower % of our Salary cap each year, as the salary cap increases. People are speaking about him like he has turned into a C grade Amateur reserves player. It may not be his best career form but he is far from our worst player which some seem to be intimating. Agree. I underrate him and then I see him setting up scoring chances. He is one of those players like ANB, who are not always noticed by fans, but are valued inside their club. Can have quiet games, like many hff’s.
