No he won’t, that would leave him liable to a possible heavier penalty on appeal. He would be mad to Appeal. An Appeal in Court, after a Guilty plea, allows for a reduced penalty, increased penalty, or original penalty confirmed. He will be thrilled with his penalty, which avoided jail. What’s missing a couple of footy matches, when avoiding prison?
