From my ignorant of procedures position I see 3 stages, first, permission and agreement of affected parties, second, detailing plans, costing and financing and third construction. I believe we have passed the first stage and have allowed about 9 months for the second. I would think the third stage would take somewhere in the region of 12-24 months. If this timetable is achieved, pre season 2028 would hopefully see it completed.
  4. Are there finals still on? I thought the season had ended.

It will come and be imbibed by the DL masses.
  6. Not that it will happen but Hunter, Laurie, Tom Mac, Melk, Fullarton, Billings, Hore, McAdam maybe and even Woey could all be gone next year and that is way more than $2m. Several of the replacements could be young players at low salaries.

I am not sure if that is correct. I thought the stables area, where the building will go, was actually land owned by the MRC. The ovals of course will be on Crown land, but we would probably get a 100 year lease.

Giants also have Riccardi, Brown and Gruzewski who didn’t play in their finals team. With those you named in Buckley, Taylor, Cadman and Hogan and the others above, he is just not getting a game.

Has anybody bought those dog teeth and gum cleaning toys online? Interested to know how they went. Wonder if we could use them on humans and put bananas inside as the treat you try and get to with your teeth, chewing on the rubber toys.

Yes. Kicked 16-10 when forward this year.

Kicked 16-10 when drifting forward. Some of those points are snaps, so not a bad kick for goal.

Would be fantastic to train near the umpires. The personal relationships we could build with them wouldn't go astray.
