Maybe using the term "Death riding" in the Title should be changed. I am not woke, but it's a pretty heavy and poor word choice imo. I am sure there are plenty of alternative words like " failure" or "wooden spoon" or just "poor year" or whatever. Has anyone noticed the ridiculous headlines that sub editors are placing on innocuous events. Example: De Minaurs’ brutal girlfriend moment. Picture and story: she hugged him after his loss last night. Its happening frequently and headlines have no relevance to actual events.

Doubt he will be running in a week, maybe a light jog or walk. Agree though, hamstring awareness would usually just require an easing off and short term modifications to training. In the old days of no hydration, they would be told to run it off and probably tear the hamstring. Sports science has come a long way over the years.

I think he is using a fence to measure intensity. As it’s “change every day King,” I would suspect he might change the next call to a “water measurement “ .
