More Dees fans will get to love him too, if he plays more games and gets the confidence from being part of the team, rather than “next mistake and I am dropped”. He is able to do many of the things Kozzie does, like manic pressure, kicking goals from nothing, creating overlap with his pace and I think he also inspires Kozzie as well. He will improve with a consistent run of games.

Think it was 20 minutes minimum off the ground if stretchered off.
-
And then failed a concussion test, missed the rest of the game and will also miss the next one.
-
The agenda actually demands weeks, to show they are serious in wanting to avoid head knocks.
-
Thought it was a shoulder. Will have a look again, but agree it is multiple weeks, as far worse than the Chandler tackle of a player with the ball, who got 2 as a result of concussion.
-
I find the Lions to be a heavy scragging side, with a lot of grabbing/pushing of players without the ball, designed to give them first use of the ball. In a low free kick game that would usually work to their advantage. Also the diving and acting of Joe is laughable to get his soft free kicks.

I might get out there, depends on Mrs. Redlegs’ plans.

Is it on AFL site?
-
She wouldn’t acknowledge it, just like Dees hater Dwayne “the Exaggerater” Russell.

If Max was fair dinkum last night, then he might be back sooner than the 4-5 games first indicated.
-
Max said last night he thought he was ready to go next week against Crows. Clearly not, but injury may not be as bad as first thought.

I watch the show every week, both nights, for years and believe me she interrupts all the time. It is very annoying, when you want to hear the others finish their sentence.
-
You could be right. I am away on holidays and the mind is in relaxation mode.

Gus hasn’t signed either.
-
Agree. Selective and sensationalist reporting at its worst.
-
Well he is happy to stay and commit now!

I have just seen the funniest thing I have seen on TV in ages. Caro on footy classified last night, complained that Eddie interrupted her. All she does on that show is interrupt the other panellists and talk over them constantly. Eddie snapped back that she interrupts all the time and she didn’t like it. I couldn’t believe what she said and she is either ignorant of the fact that she interrupts all the time, or she is just stupid and self obsessed, with hearing her own voice all the time. PS : She still hasn’t apologised to Dees fans for her incorrect slur on our booing of BOG players while they are receiving an award. She is obviously too busy interrupting to listen to what she actually says. Verbal diarrhoea at its best.

Hope we are manic in our pressure and ferocious in our tackling. Lions feeling pain from our tackling, would send a fantastic message.

This may not be about illegal acts, but rather about behaviour that brings the AFL into disrepute. All AFL player contracts require the player to not bring the game/AFL into disrepute by their behaviour. It is a contractual issue. It is all to do with the image of the game and in the end revenues. Pulling at the ladies’ top, oral sex mimicking and appearing drunk in a public place may be illegal in a Muslim country, or not, I don’t know, but the “look” was not one the AFL is happy about. That is the issue. If his “behaviour “ brought the game/AFL into disrepute he has a contract breach to deal with and that is what is happening here. PS: For those attacking the media, it’s not like they dredge up private texts and club meeting notes from years ago, at a selected time when they can most hurt a club and attempt to bring the game into disrepute, or for days after a fight between players at a dinner, plaster it on the front pages, well after it is old news, to again attempt to bring the game into disrepute. Remember, as they will tell you, they don’t make news, they only report it. The single biggest regular contributor to bringing the game/AFL into disrepute, is the constant highlighting of poor behaviour by the very media that lives off it. For those that don’t believe that the media also deliberately creates controversy, in addition to just reporting events, I will be a late in for the Dees tonight.

Improve his disposal. It has always been his problem. He gets plenty of it.
-
Is he definitely out, as he trained? Did he pull up sore?

Could Josh Frydenberg be the new AFL CEO?
Redleg replied to La Dee-vina Comedia's topic in Melbourne Demons
And still doesn’t. -
When do we get the angry texts from the Malthouse handover period, plastered across the papers?
-
I am not sure that just because you play in the AFL you have to be a role model. I understand the bit about not bringing the game into disrepute, but being a role model is another level altogether. Even being a model citizen, doesn’t require you to be a role model.

Shows how people can develop and mature. Chris is now a successful businessman, developer I think.
