  1. I thought you said it wasn't looking good!
  2. Well then you should be booing Howe even louder, for his rubbish comments about Langdon deserving the rough stuff from 4 Pies, after his little Duck and Dinner comment. As an ex Demon and a player with at least half a brain, he should have shut up.
  3. Why? The AFL is thrilled with his work.
  4. That will help culture and show the players they are always supported by their club and fans. Don't underestimate how all of the boys would be feeling now, especially JVR.
  5. Absolutely. The Chairman on tuesday at the Tribunal made it up as he went along. He added things to the rules, that weren't there. Actually pretty simple.
  6. Be interesting to read the reasons for the decision.
  7. Gee very quiet around here.
  8. Which ever way this goes and I think we win, this is very embarrassing for the AFL, as they suspended a young kid for a Legal Footy Act, by saying he should have decided as the reasonable player in one second, that he could have hit a player with his armpit, bicep underarm and yet a Supreme Court Judge and 3 ex player lawyers have taken 130 minutes to decide if he did the wrong thing. Gee how embarrassing is that for the biggest professional sport in the country?
  9. Don't believe so, majority only.
  10. Reasonable player gets 1 second. 3ex player lawyers need 130 minutes to decide.
  11. So over 2 hours to decide if a kid did something wrong in less than a second. So much for the bs about a reasonable player deciding an action in less than a second. We must win this now.
  12. Over 90 minutes to decide a one second act. What does that say about reasonableness. I still think we win.
  13. I charge per thought or breath.
  14. Interesting thought. It takes over 75 minutes for 3 ex player lawyers to decide if a player did the wrong thing in one second. Makes the whole thing seem totally ridiculous.
  15. Will do, I am out for dinner. Soon as I get home. Japanese delicious.
  16. Yes if allowed which I think Gleeson generally doesn’t. I am not sure on that though.
  17. Because this is an Appeal and we need to show legal errors, not other incidents missed.
  18. Our bloke was the ex AFL Prosecutor before Gleeson. I am getting the feeling I am one out here in believing we win.
  19. I haven’t heard or read a word of tonight’s proceedings but believe it needs to be overturned for game to continue properly. So I stick with upheld appeal.
  20. Yes he will.
  21. Is the reasonable man a self opinionated, narcissistic, former thug?
  22. We use cryogenics on this thread, no brown bananas.
  23. I would even add Denuto’s “vibe” ground as well.
  24. Will Powell said JVR deserved his suspension. Lewis said he should be embarrassed and he was plainly wrong.
  25. Never left.
