Lol no Rusty, I was given a PS2 (I think) at one point by an ex. I think used it twice and left it in storage for about 10 years.

Am I the only one who laughed at the John Elliot "Carlton legend, guided them to premierships" bulltish eulogies when he passed recently? He was a cheat and ruined the club, long may it continue.

hahahahah brilliant!!! I've worn my Dees New Era flaty caps non stop for the last 6 or so years. I felt like a Fitzroy hipster early doors.... Now I can just stare people down with my sweat stained head buckets. I brought some gear from The Carton Draft website, the Kozzy (off fire) and Tracc (pintracca) socks, the Steven May and Melbros "smokes" tshirts.... haven't taken them off (swapping out to wash).

He was quite mouthy and smirky during the grand final… I liked it! Looked like he was into Schache in particular.

Since we’re in an all in lovefest moment I think Gary Pert needs some dry humping too. The club did a magnificent job during the finals campaign to get the WA people on the Dees train or bus (hopefully they can park it in car park E at AAMI). The Dee for a day campaign was great, we sold a boat load of merch pre grand final and with the flag in the bag the money is rolling in. Feels like the club has ticked a lot of boxes with the not raising membership prices and auto resigning of memberships for next season. Maybe a merch back order process could be better but over all it feels like we’re capturing the moment incredibly well and we’ll not fizz it all away like we’ve seen come clubs do relatively recently.

Love it love it LOVE IT!!! I’m sure we’ve all looked on jealously over the years at other clubs reaping the premiership financial rewards be it merch sales or huge member ship base increases. Pert said on the Dland podcast they expected a $4m profit pre the Queens Birthday/Darwin game no crowds and post that to break even. This is a turn around of monumental proportions and the best part is I’ve now got faith in the club to not stuff the windfall and future membership growth aspirations up.

The club should sell blue ray players to go with them, we don’t have one in our house any longer lol.

Thank you Darren! You’ve helped take the players to another level and I don’t just think it’s fitness wise either. I think you’ve helped them mentally as well. PS if we have a heap of injuries let’s not just jump on this Burgo has left/Selwyn has no idea narrative.

Such an interesting character and has turned himself into a great player, leader and communicator. Special group this one.

Ahhh what an up and down year it’s been for the old stalwarts of this club. Dragging us through the tough times to see us finally make it on the big stage to be shown the door the next. Loved Neville, he is back pocket royalty. He had a period of 2-3 years where he was one of the best in the game week in, week out. He’s apparently even better off the field. Kudos Neville, the Dees faithful love you.

Well done gents and best of luck moving forward, you’ve been part of and contributed to something very special.
