  1. He might attract a personal sponsorship from Grlj'd.
  2. Well, if nobody else will do it ...
  3. Oh yeah? I have it on good authority that he wants to play for Waverley next year. Watch this space. Or not.
  4. Seriously @spirit of norm smith , who cares? I don't take any notice of anything he says and I don't know why you do. But speaking of the Titanic, was the sinking a miracle for the the lobsters in the holding tanks in the galley?
  5. Remember all the Collingwood fans whinging that little Nick Daicos didn't win the Brownlow? Guess what ... he wasn't even good enough to win their Best & Fairest.
  6. Why do you do it to yourself, @spirit of norm smith ? You must be a glutton for punishment because, knowing in advance what you're going to get, you still choose to listen to these clowns and let them upset you.
  7. Flanders is a flounder and Humphrey's a bear.
  8. The club's bigger than the individual, Bobby.
  9. I feel your pane, @Timothy Reddan-A'Blew .
  10. Many posters seem to assume that we've been defenestrated.
  11. hyperbole /hʌɪˈpəːbəli/ noun exaggerated statements or claims not meant to be taken literally.
  12. If tagging an opponent for half a game is a blinder, how would you describe Petracca's game? Or Fritsch's? We clearly have a different understanding of the term "blinder". Harmes did a job and played his role. He was serviceable, but he was no star on the day.
  13. His intercept and pass to Fritta in the third quarter to kickstart our comeback was a blinder. Apart from that, he had 13 other touches and didn't make anybody's best players list on the day.
  14. He's a funny old fellow is Humphrey. Would love to see him in the red and blue.
  15. Let's all just take a deep breath and wait to see how things look after the trade period and drafts have been completed.
  16. She was too afraid to come because of da AfRicAn GaNgzzzzz.
  17. In response to the negative feedback from posters on this site and from other quarters, the AFL has quickly amended its proposed change to the centre bounce.
  18. I won't be sorry to see the end of the bounce (particularly bad ones that are recalled) and I doubt that anybody will even notice that it's gone. We are/were the only sport in the world that required an official to execute a ridiculously difficult skill and I wonder how many potentially decent umpires were lost to the game because they couldn't bounce the ball straight. If anybody is in doubt as to the degree of difficulty involved, try it for yourself and see how you go.
  19. Does his wife know about this?
  20. I fired up the DeLorean and looked at this thread 12 months after we traded for Cooper Harvey. Here are some representative comments: "Why did we trade for this list clogger?" "He couldn't even get a game at North FFS" "Another Tim Lamb disaster" "Waste of a list spot"
  21. That's Ben Brown's missus.
