I still have PKTSD. It's also a very big and extremely loud NO to Lynch.

Which team would you LIKE to see win the flag this year? This is not necessarily the team you THINK will win it. I voted for GWS. Go the Oranges! Your vote is secret, but anybody who selects Geelong will be hunted down then tarred and feathered.

KFW is a Category B rookie, which Yze would not be eligible for. I don't know if that would have any bearing on us listing Yze as a rookie, however. I hope we can.

2024 AFL National Draft prospects: The next batch
Demonstone replied to Whispering_Jack's topic in Trade, Draft & Free Agency
He could have his own song after every goal he kicks! (Younger readers would be more familiar with Ronnie's daughter Lauren Burns, who won Australia's first Gold Medal in taekwondo at the 2000 Sydney Olympics.) -
I don't get the love for Peter Wright. Gold Coast let him go because of his uncompetitive nature and I believe that Essendon will do the same. Both clubs ended up dropping him to their reserves team for long periods which is telling. We've seen this movie before with Sam Weideman and Josh Schache.

A draw would suffice. They'd go ahead of Carlton on percentage. edit: Sorry @mauriesy, you were explaining how Carlton could make the eight.
-
If Carlton lose, we also want Power to lose so that Freo takes the last spot in the eight (and thus denying Carlton a final). Go Saints. Go Freo.

Oh dear.
-
Maybe so, but that wasn't the question.
-
The existing Kozzy thread not good enough for yas?
-
It's still pick 5 of available talent as those two aren't up for grabs for any other clubs.
-
Gold Coast have won by enough to go above us on the ladder. If the Saints win tomorrow, we'll end up in 14th spot = pick 5. If not, it's 13th and pick 6.

It's an emotional topic and I don't think that everybody is being objective. The fact that it's a Demon player in the gun naturally colours our perception of the incident. Would you argue that Maynard should get off if he did the same thing or would you be calling for his head? That's all I'm saying. It's just a hypothetical.
-
For those arguing that Pickett should not be suspended, here's a hypothetical. Would you take the same view if all circumstances were identical but Maynard was the player making contact and Kozzy was subbed out with concussion as a result? In other words, are you seeing this incident through a red and blue lens (like we all do at times)?

If @picket fence was a Native American, his tribal name would be "Five Horses". Nag nag nag nag nag.

Sorry! Have PMed you.

We have to get through Sudsy Saturday and Sh!tfaced Sunday first.

If you wanted to protect your ribs, you'd keep your arm tucked in wouldn't you?
-
We had every intention of using that pick on Max Holmes, but were gazumped by Geelong.
-
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2020_AFL_draft It wasn't a deep draft and there's not a lot of talent taken after him. McCreery probably the pick of them.

RUOK @WalkingCivilWar?

At this stage, over 70% of respondents to the poll think he will be suspended. I don't think it's the bump as such that's the problem. Where Kozzy will be in trouble is the late action of raising his arm and hitting Moore in the head. I'll be pleasantly surprised if he gets off.
