He's not a troll.
Just didn't think it through.
And we are entitled to comment (you would say attack) on your post, otherwise...
(I say this quite a bit)

The pressure is on our midfield.
But more than that it is on our leaders.
Green, Davey, Jamar, Moloney, Jones, and Sylvia will be the ones to spend a great deal of time in our midfield.
The expectation will be on them.
Our leaders consistently disappoint and this is a great opportunity for the ones who the younger ones are supposed to look to actually earn that focus.
Let's hope they can do it.
What a strange comment.
Defining someone by the one exceptional thing they do?
It doesn't mean they are not, or cannot become, proficient in other areas.
Many say that Jurrah is just a speccie taker...
Hardly fair or true.
And he's 19.
If you are getting that from the Hun website, I think that is how they plug it into their set-up, I don't think we would name emergencies on a Thursday for a Sunday game.
Because he is interacting with our club.
That makes us uniquely entitled to pass judgement.
He doesn't need football.
At the minute, the money he has got from footy is funding his habit, he has no will power nor, seemingly, any desire to change his ways.
As Jim said, he cannot fathom the consequences of his actions and therefore, cannot see the extent to which he needs help.
He is an idiot, who needs to resurrect his life but getting out of the public sphere, get some help, and LISTEN to those who are trying to help him.
OD, there are always thousands of members from one year to the next that don't sign up. If it is 4k then that is pretty low.
As for the rest of what you have said...
Pure Syndrome.
One point - Nasher wasn't saying those boys will come in and be the difference between winning and losing. Only that they need development and we need to give them games.
It's as good as we can do.
I mean, we can't have a Tiger growling or an weaponised aircraft or the menacing spectre of Stephen Milne loose at Schoolies.
Thought it was clever...
This is an interesting game against two teams that play such different styles - Melbourne, at its best, is free-flowing and bold. Sydney, at its best, is hard and tight and uncompromising.
They have a hard working midfield and an effective backline. They also have a young forward line and this may be crucial with our selfless and tough backline hopefully 'turning the ball over' in the way you want that term to mean.
Melbourne's forward line is effective and unpredictable.
And Melbourne's midfield is...
We will see.
Scully, Morton and McKenzie will be more important in future years than they are now. Will Jones, Moloney, Sylvia, Jamar, Davey, and Green (I'm assuming he will spend his time in this depleted midfield) create enough pressure on their counterparts? Will they win enough of the contested ball? And will they deliver properly?
If they can answer two of those three questions in the affirmative than Melbourne should win.
I think they can.
Melbourne 109
Sydney 91
Most important players going into 2011 or the most capable players in 2011?
One would argue either is irrelevant or they are both important.
Top 10 players in 2011 - Jamar, Green, Frawley, Davey, Sylvia, Moloney, Grimes, Garland, Rivers, and Jurrah.
Most important in 2011 and winning a flag - Scully, Trengove, Frawley, Watts, Jurrah, Morton, Grimes, Garland, Jamar, and McKenzie.
Only Joeboy is allowed to describe in three words!
Everyone else is only allowed to:
1. Argue against his description
2. Ask for clarification over the exact meaning of the three word appraisal.
3. Argue that more than three words is required.
4. Make fun of the practice.
It is the way of things.
Two kinds of oxygen though:
Replying to it.
Allowing it to be read.
I am all for having heated discussion about politics on the internet.
Just not on the footy board.
Delete the posts and tell them to put it elsewhere.
I know you expect it of me, but even I can sometimes struggle with capturing nuance in 8 words...
Point is - I don't want to be lectured on someone half-thought political views on the footy forum.
Put it on the general board/
