Connolls I don't know about. If we get a personality like Malthouse, I wouldn't have a clue about how Connolls will work with that, or vice-versa. So the FD might have the personal dev people, the operational staff, Harrigton, Prendergast, and Burleigh left over. That would be quite the overhaul.

He should have a chat with his family, go aon vacation for a month and coach Melbourne for 5 years and go out on his terms. I hardly think that someone as arrogant as Malthouse would like the fact that he is going out on the terms of Eddie McGuire.

You do realise how awful we were two years ago? I am all for bloviation and exaggeration but the Demons of 2011 may be crap, but they are less crap than the Demons of 2009. They are more disappointing that's for sure... I'm not sure who on here has their "head in the sky," there's probably more with their "head in the oven."
