  1. Yeah coz had it been you, Fritta’s foot would have to be amputated.
  2. I couldn’t have verified it because it never happened. And I was on the phone with “my source” at halftime on Saturday night, as well as Sunday morning… no mention of it having happened again. In fact, I had to bail early on my source’s party last weekend as I took ill and she, or he, called and/or texted me every day last week to ask how I was, again… no mention of it. I never implied your person was lying. But clearly there’s been miscommunication. Which is understandable but should be explained wherever possible.
  3. It’s not that I believe it wasn’t Stafford, I know it wasn’t Stafford. Fritta narrowly missed out on selection but that’s not due to his foot being re-injured last week, because that simply never happened. Your source might be confused with an incident that happened late last season involving Stafford. I think I know who your source is and clearly that person doesn’t know all the facts or is a bit confused. Otherwise, how is it that I know the details (eg who the mystery treader is) and your source doesn’t? edit: your source doesn’t mind a drink or ten, right? 😁 Likely adds to the confusion.
  4. I do. But I won’t betray a confidence. I just wanted to make it clear that he was injured as a result of a teammate accidentally trodding on his foot during training. It’s nothing more than that.
  5. No one’s lying. It might not be as simple as a teammate walked past him and stepped on his foot while it was flat on the ground. If the teammate was running and/or Fritta’s foot was at right angles to the ground, for example, you can imagine the damage that might be inflicted. Sometimes things aren’t as straightforward as we imagine them to be.
  6. Different incident. Stafford didn’t trod on Fritta’s foot.
  7. That would be awesome! I’ll put it to Il Capitano. No matter which pic it is though, I like the idea of having it floating majestically above our heads for all the Collingwood fans to see at our QB game. In particular, their feral cheer squad at the opposite end of the ground. 😝
  8. @Katrina Dee Fan I’ve already put in a request for a giant Brodie head. Hoping like hell that can happen for our QB match. 😁
  9. It actually is on us, Kat. Ryan (our illustrious leader) decides which players are giant head-worthy, that is, players who’ve been with us for a while, since they’re very expensive to produce. Of course, as with everything we do, it has to be approved by the Club. We do have a giant Paxy head, it just wasn’t brought to the ground on Saturday night. Nothing personal it’s just that not every giant head can be there at once since they’re hard to transport. Unless of course someone is crazy enough to carry one on two trains and a packed replacement bus. But who’d be that stoopid, right. 🙃 Giant Jayden says 👋
  10. A hundredfold Layz 💕 edit: we both know I’d kick your arze anyways. see you in the car park 😁
  11. Speaking of relaxing, and I’m gonna feel so old saying this, but what’s up with this… What’s wrong with just plain and simple colouring? Why “mindful” colouring?
  12. I’m tempted to go against my very nature and roll out a little T-Mac bashing just to call your bluff, Layz. I reckon you’d be too layzie to show up. See what I did there. 🤪
  13. This was considered but it was decided that they’d rather stage it with more people present (at halftime) as opposed to people straggling in pre-game. The problem with that is while there’s definitely more ppl present at halftime, that doesn’t mean they’re paying attention or even in their seats.
  14. Kozzie being rubbed out has no bearing on Fritta’s inclusion in the side for round 2, which is likely what many will think. Even with Kozzie out, if Fritta is anything less than 100% he simply wouldn’t be playing. I mentioned this before but Fritta was *sooooo close to being in the side last night. *verbatim quote, even down to the number of 0s in the word “sooooo” 😁
  15. Yeah nah. Straight back into the side. 👍🏽
  16. We’ve now spent 47 consecutive home and away rounds in the top 4. Not too shabby, huh.
  17. Which is understandable if all concerned were 8yo or younger
  18. The club in all likelihood did know. That still doesn’t redeem him, imo anyways.
  19. He was booed before the match even started when they displayed the players individually on the big screens. Then he was booed for his first couple of touches. Even if he was being booed in a [censored] for tat that’s no excuse. We’re better than that.
  20. Defs nothing wrong with wanting to go home, Deeves. But everything wrong with pretending you haven’t decided right up ‘til the end, mentally checking out halfway through the season, visiting your future club during the bye round, and my personal favourite: coming out at season’s end and publicly saying that you knew you wanted to go to said future club when you visited during the freaking bye round. Not only is he disloyal and selfish, bereft of tact and sensitivity, but he’s an imbecile. Yes, he helped us win a flag. But not single-handedly. Not without the efforts of the other 22 players.
  21. Kozzie got two weeks. Buddy got one. Just as expected.
  22. Happy for Weids. He plays for a club whose fans actually appreciate him. Or at the very least don’t wanna see him hanged drawn and quartered. And this is Essendon! 🤮
