Whilst anyone would jump up and down about taking a pay cut and naturally so....the players are on ridiculous money compared to the average Australian worker. I know they are paid in accordance to their occupation, but there are businesses out there that will simply not survive as a result of this and in-turn employees that will not get paid at all. These guys have it good, let’s face it. Yes they train hard and we get that. But man...getting paid big bucks to play a sport, afforded the luxury of living in premium suburbs whilst being able to travel the world on your time away from your job with ample leave? You’d like to think some perspective might come into this and the players would be prepared to take a small hit for one year of their sporting life, for the betterment of the game.. But then again..these are different times.

It’s been scientifically proven the virus can not be transmitted after the 25 minute mark or each quarter.

As far as I’m concerned the only fair thing for everyone (us), would be to cancel the first two rounds and commence the season from round 3.

I particularly liked when Steven May said “I’d rather be out there losing with the boys than sitting in the stands”. That way when he’s finally out there, we can all lose together.

It’s a signing of faith on both parts in my opinion. I’m presuming (of course) the club know what he is capable of yet aren’t willing to offer a long term contract on huge money - and rightly so. His management also know what he is capable of yet know he hasn’t lived up to that potential as yet...but this signing takes him to free agency. It’s no doubt fair on both parties, leads him into a potential long term, big bucks deal at Melbourne provided he performs...or else allows him to explore his options after 2022 if it doesn’t all work out..

Running anti clockwise around the tan is harder IMHO than clockwise. Aside from Anderson Street, is it basically downhill as opposed to going the other way, which is a gradual incline almost the entire way.

Chunk is the Robbie Flower minus the sublime skill, of our era. He deserves everything that comes his way for his loyalty and commitment to the club. This bloke has seen the worst of the worst as far as an AFL football club can go yet has stuck fat. He deserves a medal. Not sure what medal...but it should be gold. He may well be cooked...but I thank you Jonesy from the bottom of my heart.

I enjoyed the first segment but believe it could have done with more nudity.
