Annoys the [censored] out of me. Bloke sleeps with the light on, has zero recent form playing in the Reserves and has played one decent game in the Seniors this year against Brisbane. But he has speed of course...speed isn’t much good when you can’t get the ball.

Upon immediate reflection, take heart in this...it was an extremely physical finals type game against a finals contender on their patch. Last years premiers lost to this team, at this ground only 3 weeks ago. We fought hard, “should” have won and played a brand of football that puts us in good stead to win these types of contests. Unfortunately we lacked poise and structure inside our forward 50 to get the job done. Something for our coaching staff to work on. Im as disappointed as anyone but not all is lost. Make the finals and get on a roll, with some tweaking and an improved forward entry game plan, we will win these types of games in future..
