The club need to and should have a long time get a part time forwards coach (who was actually a forward) to come and work and develop the big boys. Cam Mooney did it part time last season with the Giants and all of those forwards said how valuable his knowledge was. A Tom Hawkins or a Jack Riewoldt (yes I know he’s with Tasmania). Doesn’t have to be full time but a couple of trainings a week to help them. it’s a blight on the club that this has never happened.

Some sort of financial agreement is reached for the two years remaining on his contract and then we can open up a list spot to either sign someone in the SSP or we choose to leave the list spot open for mid season.
